I believe this complaint from buyer from ***this buyer purchase the item and want replacement after or month lateritem that we sold has days warranty but we exchange the item for serviceand I receive the item back and it was good working condition, even the item is good condition I replace the item for buyerand after or month later and buyer contact me and item is not workingthis buyer try to get new item every to month
I am rejecting this response because:As you can see from the emails I've attached this person is lying I purchased the product on 11/29/ I first emailed them telling them that I was having issues with the headphones on 2/11/ That is within the days She states that I requested this after the days clearly a lie On 3/6/I still hadn't received the replacement or repaired headphones as you can see from the email exchange which means I received the product some time after 3/ The headphones were obviously defective because already on 3/26/they were useless How can you tell me that something that's supposed to be brand new gets damaged not even a month into owning them? That's crazy!! They HAVE to be selling used or refurbished damaged products and they should be dealt with this is not fair to all of us who work very hard for every cent I am now using the headphones that came with my phone because these headphones are literally useless can't listen to them at all! Please look at the email exchanges and the dates and you will see for yourself that what they claim is a lie Thanks
Response:We are rejection this response because : this item was not NEW Item was sold for Refurbished condition with days warrantywe replace the item even item warranty expire and when we receive the original item and we inspect the original item and it was working conditionWe don't find any problem with the item and we sold the return item on *** and don't have any problem with the other buyerwe can't do anything about the item because we don't have the item in stockAnd I know for sure this buyer want the NEW item every monthOur feedback on *** is outstanding we take case every buyer and we did samething with this buyer

it is a lie. I submitted emails as proof that this business is a farce. I don't know what else I need to do to prove my point, but if anyone bothers to read the emails I uploaded they will see what they did and how they are robbing people of money. I just want to bring this to the Revdex.com so that you are aware of them and keep a watchful eye on them because i'm sure it's not the first time nor will it be the last. I just hope they get their license revoked for robbing people!
