Review: I have been playing a game called [redacted] for over a year now. After ea.did there recent update to there system I have been locked out of my game. I have tried to contact ea and [redacted] as well to see if ethier one of them could fix my problem,but sad to say theykeep telling me it is my device, but is it every device I log into that keeps me from my game. my wife has even tried to log into it on her device and it does the same thing.'' take her back to the home screen '' I am a customer that has spent alot of time and money on this game ,and I would like to get back to it. Please help me with this problem . I have worked to hard and spent to much of my hard earned money to be done like this . thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: Just to be let back on my game
