Our Company, [redacted] entered into a service agreement, effective January 1, 2018, with [redacted] to remodel a condominium and we agree to have the work completed within daysWe gave [redacted] a 50% Deposit to start the job [redacted] completed a day a demo and we notified by the project manager the next day that he no longer worked for Edward H [redacted] and would not be able to complete the remodelWe were left with a condo full of debris from the demo for over daysEdward H [redacted] attempted twice to find a replacement sub-contractor but the sub-contractors were not able to complete the work within the day time frameOn February 13, 2018, both parties verbally agreed to terminate the service agreementAs of today, Edward H [redacted] nor anyone from [redacted] has not responded to our Attorney calls or letters for a settlement and refund of our deposit
