I am rejecting this response because:
Referencing *** *** response: The first phase of the installation began in Nov- *** *** stopped work (his term "buttoned up") Dec10th due to winter cold, after getting enough done to flush the toiletsHe returned in to complete the projectThe time span since (after surface water was identified), was due to *** *** unfulfilled promises to examine for cause and remedy
The homeowner was decidedly NOT cited for water overuse. Health deptdid request homeowner to spread out usage during week and lower as able in order for system to dry out after tank pumping and reexamine at later datePump-out contractor questioned if previous pump-outs were ever fully pumped.
It is true, the town sanitarian accepted the location and design
The AS-BUILT for this system is on file with the town: dated 6/9/05; signed by and listing *** *** as "Installer" license # ***

This e-mail is in reference to ID#[redacted] First, the system is ten years old. The homeowner has been cited for over use over water. The system and tank location and evaluation were approved by the town. The sand used came from a certified pit- septic approved.
