FYI : the Medical Facility located at [redacted] is where procedure was done and is different from billing address.I am disputing the bill from from an Alex [redacted] .My Dr referred me to see Dr [redacted] to do a preventive procedure Colonoscopy around first of March.Prior to the medical procedure that was done on 4/23/I called my Insurance provider [redacted] to get informed of cost of procedure.I was told by [redacted] that this was a preventive care procedure and there would be no cost to me as long as Drwas in [redacted] network .I was advised by [redacted] rep that I should contact Medical Facility to confirm all involved in the procedure was in [redacted] network.So I called Medical Facility and talk to James I asked him if all Doctors including the Anesthesiologist were in the [redacted] network 'I was told by James that they were all in Network and since it was a preventive care procedure there would be no cost to me other than a co-pay.I had procedure done k

On 5/I went to this office referred by my family doctor for colonoscopy as prevention procedureA female staff asked for my ID, my insurance card, and $I asked why I should pay $since all I should pay was my copay $per my medical insurance policyShe said it would come out of my deductibleWhen I further questioned her why, she just ignored me and went to the next patientThe visit with Dr*** last no more than minutes, including BP check, saw a color anatomy and lung checkThe office took $from me - $plus $copayI didn't feel the charge was legitNext day I called my insurance about the chargeI was told that I were not supposed to pay anything for a prevention procedure like colonoscopy except the copayThey asked me to have this office contact them about this chargeI called the office immediately after thatA female staff answered my call and said she would have Cecilia, their scheduler, call me about the issueThen there was no call back
