Review: Work began in 2013 for tree removal and grading. Due to weather he was not able to complete the work and we agreed to void the contract in March 2014. Rental equipment was left at my home for an extended period of time during the bad weather. After voiding the contract, a lien was placed on my property due to unpaid bills to the rental equipment company. It has been a year and a half and the bill has still not been paid off by Eager Beaver Tree Care. The lien remains on my home. Owner, Moe, quit maintaining contact with us in regards to payments and also quit returning our calls. He has not made a payment to the rental company in 2 months.Desired Settlement: To pay off the bill with the rental company and the mechanics lien removed from our property.
