I first learned about Eager Beaver from a neighbor that had several trees trimmed or cut down over the past yearsThey have also called Eager Beaver when a large tree came down across their driveway and they showed up within the hour to clear the driveway
Earlier this year (April 2015) I called them to trim my maple tree branches (4) that were feet high and sticking out about feet across my garden and glass greenhouseThey set a time and date and the job was done without dropping any branchesall branches where lowered safely with ropesI had one other quote and Eager Beaver was about 20% less cost
They give you a free quote before startingI know I will be calling Eager Beaver if I ever need tree cutting/trimming in the future

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2018/01/04) */

This is a reply to the complaint of [redacted], of Best Bid Inc. [redacted]' complaint was based on untruth, misrepresentation and geed. [redacted]' motive for making this complaint was pure greed. Because of [redacted]' dishonesty, he was paid...

$4,000 for a unit that is worth $0 to my customer. [redacted] continues to harass me for an additional $1,000. [redacted] should return the $4,000, since the unit does not function. This is what happened:
I came across an ad on Craigslist regarding a 2008 Hebert Air Conditioner that was, supposedly, "never used". I originally offered [redacted], an amount of $3,500 for the unit, loaded on the buyer's truck. [redacted] replied that because the unit was "never used" and in "excellent" shape, he wanted $5,000. Normally, I would have passed on that price but I happened to have a customer who needed that size and type of unit for a project, and so he was willing to pay that much; my customer would not have paid that much if he was buying the unit for just inventory, [redacted] and I agreed on a purchase price of $5,000. My customer then sent me a deposit and stated that the balance would be paid after inspection of the unit. [redacted] agreed to be paid $4,000 upfront and $1,000 after the buyer received and inspected the unit, which was located in Virginia and would be transported to Idaho. $4,000 was sent to [redacted] of [redacted]. One week later, I received an angry phone call from my customer, stating that the entire outside cabinet had several huge dents; he sent me close up pictures of the cabinet, and he was certainly correct. [redacted] had deliberately and dishonestly snapped pictures of the outside of the unit from afar, and with the sunlight shining on the unit, to hide the huge dents. I was upset because, not only did I lose my customer, but I also received nothing for my services. I forwarded the ernails of the customer's dissatisfaction to [redacted], and his only response was to demand the remaining $1,000.
[redacted], in his complaint, mentioned that he believed that [redacted] is not my name. My middle name is [redacted]and I have been called [redacted] my entire life. My full name is [redacted]; people don't call me [redacted]; I go by [redacted]. Many people go by their middle name; now this guy wants me to explain my name. This man does auctions; he knows nothing about used HVAC and data room equipment. I told him to call my customer if he did not believe me, did he do that? No. In his complaint, [redacted] also stated that my company, Shay Industries, is not registered in Indiana. I have attached proof of this with my response.
[redacted] made $4,000; I made $0 and lost my customer because of [redacted]' bad and unusable unit, Now, he wants to report me to Revdex.com. The only fair action is to reject his complaint. Actually, and furthermore, he and his company should be reported.
