On March 19, I paid Wayne MHu of Eager Bevers LLC to cut down multiple coconut palm trees at my home in Hawaii Kai area Before I hired him he told me he had liability insurance to cover any damages he and his company may cause to my property and my neighbors property I witnessed Mr Hu throwing tree sections with force ontmy custom made paving stone walkway instead of the open grassy area which obviously cracked two of these large stone pavers into pieces Mr Hu agreed to replace or repair the stones he damaged I called him on March 29, and he said he would come out to repair the damage he caused I called him again on May 17, I asked him to repair the damage this Saturday or Sunday and he said he would call me to schedule the repair I sent email to Mr Wayne MHu on June 23, to repair the damages before June 30, He replied June 26, and said he was sick I send another email to MrHu on July 14, at 1:pm to repair his damagesAs of today September 7, MrHu has NOT made any attempt to repair or replace the damages he caused and agreed to replace or repair I would greatly appreciate your assistance to remedy the damages caused by MrHu

Their crew was working on another Condo property but they came into our parking lot to reach into some trees without as much as asking permission from our Property ManagerIt created a lot of headache since our residents were coming home around the time they were there and couldn't get into their stalls I called the Resident Manager of the Condo Bldg they were working on to complain about the lack of information and/or heaon their coming into our property and the Manager told me that she wasn't aware that they were on our property and she didn't even know they were coming until their crew were there today! Their crew members are very rude and uncouth, particularly their supervisor/foremanThey did not even clean up the mess they left on our property! Not a crew you would like to work with Totally unprofessional!!
