I had put in a warranty claim with KB homes in May Eagle Air had sent a tech out to my house to look at the problem with the AC unit that was not blowing out hot air any moreThe tech noted the damage and said it would be covered under the warrantyThe parts were ordered and July 3, a new tech ( [redacted] ) came out to complete the warranty workHowever, he had discovered a problem, took pictures of the cause of the damage, and then emailed [redacted] who forwarded the pictures and a message to KB homes Rep [redacted] who called me to tell me the repairs were not covered under the warrantyThe problem is that I was never made aware of any of this before the work was already completedI had the new parts installed and the AC was working when I was notifiedMy broken parts were already removed from the property and I was not given any information other then a very vague email when I had said I didnt have the $the tech cut the wires and leftleaving me with a hot house (over

Eagle air was hired to fix my A/C unit in my new homeThey came out and literally spent mintutes and said the problem was solvedMy home A/C unit is not working properly and they WILL NOT return my phone calls, its been over a week now and they got what they wanted and now their goneTheir business practice is shady and they need to be evaluated for the way they conduct business, I cannot image how many people have had this issueDR Horton homes have been trying to get ahold of them as well and have been unsuccessfulMy home is almost degrees currently

We have resolved this complaint by agreeing with the h/o to pay 1/2 of the damaged part. We started the system up on 7/18/17 and the h/o is happy now.
