I am rejecting this response because:
They conveniently don't reveal all the facts or talk about the real time framesThis whole event started before ThanksgivingWe were still trying to get them to come out and fix the dish machine at ChristmasFinally after Christmas we asked for our money back As with everything else, they told us it would be two or three days to get our moneyIt took two weeks and me going to talk to the owner personally before he was motivated to repay us.

We originally went out to perform the diagnostics, At the time - the customer did not want to go with the repairsThey called our office a week later, ready for the repairsWe collected the payment in order to place the order for the partsOur parts warehouse originally told us 3-business days,
we relayed this message to the customerHowever, this turned into a factory backorder part & had to come directly from the manufacturer. The customer was not happy with the delays and requested a refundWe have refunded this customer the full amount requestedAmount was $
