Eagle Archery Reviews (10)

I wanted to buy a crossbow from them, called got machine (during business hours) 2 hrs. later emailed them, that nite I tried FB. Finally FB'd them NOT to bother calling me. LOTS of bad reviews that go back 10 years or more!

I ordered a tee over 2 months ago and I can't get a return email, a call or even the shirt I ordered. At this point I just want my money back so I can take my business somewhere else. I don't know how this place stays in business with this kind for customer service. I would highly recomend NOT spending a dime with Eagle Archery LLC!!!!

Review: On Sept 26 I purchased items online from Eagle Archery. I an email notice of my order received and in process and the information that a shipping notice would be sent via email when my items were placed in the mail. I have not received the shipping notice and I have not received the product, 14 days later. I have emailed Eagle twice and left 3 voice messages. No one has contacted me to answer my questions or let me know the status of my order. My credit card was charged for the items. I would like to either receive my items or have a refund of all monies. The order number is 30757.Desired Settlement: Either delivery of order or refund.

Response:

I have corresponded with this customer since the complaint was filed. Our internet (and therefore our phone lines) were down for a period of about 4 days last week and are still not 100% functional due to construction that has been happening in this area. I told the customer I am waiting on one of the items to arrive from the manufacturer and that her order will ship as soon as it does.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

The business did contact after I filed my complaint, siting the intermittent trouble with their phones and email. Business stated they had ordered one of my items from the manufacturer and asked what I wanted them to do. I wrote back that since they had my money I would like the items and how long before I would receive them.I have not received an answer to my question on when they would ship. I am also curious when the item was ordered from the manufacturer as it has now been 20 days since the original order was placed. I do not consider this matter resolved until I have received my ordered items. The business does have the option of refunding the $27.49. I can go elsewhere for my items.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Complaint #[redacted]

Ordered Ozonics products on 2-22-16. Called them on 3-10-16 asking where my items were. Woman told me that some products were unavailable and that she would look into and call me back next day. Never called me back. Gave til 4-1-16 to receive items and called them back. Dealt with very bad customer service guy on phone, told me that items would not be in stock for 3 months and that he can refund the money he took from me in February if I wanted. I asked him if that is what he called customer service and if he felt it was right that they sold and took money from me in February for products they never even had access to apparently for the next 4 months. He said that the way I am talking to him he doesn't even feel like doing that for me. I told him that I was going to report this bad business practice of his and he said go ahead and hung up on me.

Review: Did not get the product as advertised on the website. Bow was delivered with mismatched limbs. Unusable. Customer service said that manufacturer would send new ones. Still nothing. I always leave message for the owner to call me back. Over the course of 2 months, the owner still has not contacted me. I have spoken with the customer service rep several times. She always exclaims, "I'll leave a message for the owner to call you and give you a status report." Obviously, no one knows what's going on, since they always refer me to the owner who never calls or emails me back.

This is the most horrible customer experience that I have ever experienced in my lifetime. So, in conclusion, I've been in possession of this worthless product for 2 months and have no idea when the problem will be resolved because the owner refuses to call me or take ownership of the problem. Don't blame the manufacturer - you could have inspected the product before you shipped it to me.Desired Settlement: I want the owner to contact me; give me a date when the new replacement limbs will be shipped to me;

and if the order can not be filled within the next month, give me a full refund and I will gladly send this item back.

Response:

I was never aware that this customer wanted a call from me directly. I have been working with my employee to rectify his situation. I have emails from [redacted] (the vendor) stating that the correct limbs were going to be sent directly to him and that it would be taken care of. I was not aware that this was not the case. I have since re-contacted them and did find out that this had not happened. I was told that new limbs were going out directly to Mr. Stanton either Friday or today. I have also been in contact with Mr. Stanton directly to let him know that the limbs are on their way but that I would also be happy to send him a return label if he wished to return the bow for credit anyway. He stated he would like to get the limbs and that is how it has been left at this point.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I was contacted by the owner through email after she received the complaint. I received the new limbs from [redacted] on 8-25-2015. Thank you very much for you're help.

Regards,

Initial purchase was one dozen arrow shafts,Eagle sent the wrong size which they did replace with the correct size and they paid all shipping.Second purchase was for three dozen screw in arrow tips, two dozen of one size which was fine and one dozen of another size of which I received eleven.I e-mailed them and Jennifer said she would take care of it but never did.Third purchase was for a Bear Super Kodiak recurve bow.I did receive the bow, however the bow they sent me is over two and a half years old,I know this from the dates on the original packaging. In my opinion this product was misrepresented and should have been handled as new old stock.

Today my wife and a buddy of mine just purchased new bows from little john and his staff. Andy was our sales tech. This is my second bow purchase from him and he has always done right by me and I couldnt be happier with the service that john and his staff had devoted to us. My wife purchased her first bow today and she has never shot one before and andy made the process extremly comfortable for her. This was My buddies first purchase from little john and he couldn't be happier with the service they have provided. We made a visit to little johns about a month prior to purchasing our bows.my buddy wasnt able to be there today but we already knew exactly what we were going in for. My buddy lives 2hrs away and had to work. He gave john and andy all the info they needed to get his bow ready so my buddy could pick up his new bow and they could finish the setup. Overall we couldn't ask for better service. AAAAAA++++++ service

I recently purchased some illuminated nocks from Eagle Archery. Two were not working out of 1 package so I called to return them. I was told they would email me on how to return them. The email I recieved said "call the manufacture they will be able to help you". I work in retail and deal with customer service and understand some customers just like to complain. With that being said you also just be held to a standard to take care of your customers. I am not asking for free stuff or discounts I am just looking to get product that works. I will call the manufacture however I don't think that is my job because I didn't buy the products from them I bought them from Eagle Archery.

Review: I purchased 6 Mission Bolts from this company online back in early November of 2015. Each time I inquired about the status of the order, I was told it was on back order. They false advertise about having the item and then won't deliver after you have paid online. I would like my full refund or the product.Desired Settlement: either a full and complete refund or the items ordered delivered.

Business

Response:

To Whom It May Concern, We don't post that we have these bolts (or anything else) in stock or not in stock. I have attached a copy of the order that is dated December 26. I am not sure where the 'early November' date came from. That said, these bolts are STILL on backorder with Mission. I cancelled the order and refunded the credit card used to place the order. I don't see any incoming emails sent to us directly with questions or concerns on this order. [redacted]

Eagle Archery still owes us $259.99 for a case we returned. Jennifer the owner in EMAIL stated she would return the money and only returned $95 to one card but not the rest. She refuses to refund the money so we are having to take her to small claims court and also contacted 7 on your side. This doesn't seem to phase the owner. Look at all the bad things people are saying before you buy. Just search Eagle Archery reviews online. If the owner Jennifer replies back... don't listen to her lies- if everyone online is saying the same thing about her and her company it probably is true. Stay Away!
