[redacted] In response to a complaint received; ID [redacted] :On August 21st, the customer purchased a [redacted] with 66,milesEagle Auto Consignment refutes the customer's complaints regarding selling practices as stated in her statementWhile discussing the vehicle with the customer before it was sold, I relayed all information I knew about the vehicleI also gave her the most current [redacted] report which showed it had been serviced twice in the last 11,miles (attached)I relayed all the information about the vehicle that I was aware ofI told her the vehicle had NOT been inspected by a mechanic, but if they wanted to have it looked at, I would be happy to help transport the vehicle to a local shopThe customer stated they felt comfortable not having it inspected by a mechanic after driving it and looking at the [redacted] reportAt no time did the vehicle have any warning lights on, sensors indicating a problem, or a sign that the vehicle needed any attention outside the few minor items I told her about before her purchaseThe safety equipment requirements in compliance with the Colorado State Statutes were met prior to the sale of this vehicle.In no way was this vehicle misrepresented All legal Colorado state paperwork was completed and signed by both parties.We have been in business since and take great pride in selling quality used vehiclesThis is an unfortunate situation, however, all measures were taken to ensure the customer purchased the vehicle with all available information.Trevor T [redacted] Eagle Auto Consignment [redacted]

2017 the customer purchased a 2006 [redacted] with 66,125 miles. Eagle Auto Consignment refutes the customer's complaints regarding selling practices as stated in her statement. While discussing the vehicle with the customer before it was sold, I relayed all information I knew about the vehicle. I also gave her the most current [redacted] report which showed it had been serviced twice in the last 11,000 miles (attached). I relayed all the information about the vehicle that I was aware of. I told her the vehicle had NOT been inspected by a mechanic, but if they wanted to have it looked at, I would be happy to help transport the vehicle to a local shop.
