2017 the customer purchased a 2006 [redacted] with 66,125 miles. Eagle Auto Consignment refutes the customer's complaints regarding selling practices as stated in her statement. While discussing the vehicle with the customer before it was sold, I relayed all information I knew about the vehicle. I also gave her the most current [redacted] report which showed it had been serviced twice in the last 11,000 miles (attached). I relayed all the information about the vehicle that I was aware of. I told her the vehicle had NOT been inspected by a mechanic, but if they wanted to have it looked at, I would be happy to help transport the vehicle to a local shop. The customer stated they felt comfortable not having it inspected by a mechanic after driving it and looking at the [redacted] report.
