Hello, Mr [redacted] * [redacted] did purchase a Ford [redacted] from us on 4/21/(As shown in the bill of sale and the other documents attached) not on 5/21/as he statedWhen we finance a car with personal with fair credit we send them to second lender to fund the deals, in his case it was [redacted] FINANCIAL Phone number is in case of need of additional information [redacted] , in Mr [redacted] case they required from us to have a ONE PAYMENT REPURCHASE (in the attachment) which it means if Mr [redacted] failed to pay his first car payment then Eagle Auto Group has to pay them the amount they funded us which was $11,(which we paid back to the bank because he failed to pay, check cashed by [redacted] FINANCIAL in the attachment) When Mr [redacted] initially bought the car from us he required a $down payment and he requested different wheels because he did not like the wheels in the car so we agreed on charging him a small fee and we will cover the difference, but he showed up with only $being short $plus another $for the difference of the charge for wheels and tires which it adds up to $shortWe tried calling him to ask for the money owed and he used profanity words and start threatening that he will own us by owning this lot (No problems were mentioned about the car), on 5/20/after his warranty from us was expired by days and miles which is over by miles (Shown in attachment the warranty agreement being days or miles 50/whichever comes first) one of his friends called us stating that [redacted] asked them to call us if we can fix the car for him and if the warranty is expired, we said we have been trying to reach him but he was threatening us and cursing and we asked her if could call us to understand what the car is doing and see if one of our mechanics that we use can fix it, so he called us a short time after that and explained the situation what his car was doing and it sounded like a weak battery or the alternator which is what charges the battery so we send a towing truck to pick up the car where he left if on the street with no key (We paid the towing truck from our expense which was $125.00) when the car arrived at the mechanic we needed the key to try to start it and identify the problem, when we gave him a call asking for the key he said he will have someone drop it off to us (We did not receive the key) and we said we will fix the car free of charge but he still need to pay us was was owed to us because its only fair, he refused to do that although we paid for the towing and we were going to spend whatever it takes to fix itLater he had told the bank he does not want to pay his payment and telling her he will let the car go to the bank when the lady from [redacted] told us that she tried to explain that it is bad for his credit and it is not worth to lose his down payment, he still did that when she told us that she said if you have the car keep it and do not give it back to him because he no longer want to pay for his payment and by him not paying his monthly payment we had to pay back [redacted] FINANCIAL the amount funded as soon as possible because of the ONE PAYMENT REPURCHASE contract we signed We made a new key for the car for $since he did not bring us the key and we replaced the battery and the alternator just to be in the safe side, it cost us $plus the original towing fee $and the rear window cover had been ripped by someone so we had to fix that for $ and do a complete detail/wash for $120.00, plus the miles that he already put on the car In reality we could go after our money that we paid because he signed a contract with us and [redacted] FINANCIAL but we have not done that as of yet, we try to work and help our customers as much as we can, we very fair and take pride in our business

I've purchased 2 vehicles from Eagle in the last 6 months and they were very professional, honest and provided tremendous customer service. No bait and switch with financing and the owner Sal was very knowledgeable of they vehicles he sold. I definitely recommend them for your used vehicles. Rob R.

Hello,
Mr. [redacted]. [redacted] did purchase a 2006 Ford [redacted] from us on 4/21/2014 (As shown in the bill of sale and the other documents attached) not on 5/21/2014 as he stated. When we finance a car with personal with fair credit we send them to second lender to fund the deals, in his case...

it was [redacted] FINANCIAL Phone number is in case of need of  additional information [redacted], in Mr. [redacted] case they required from us to have a ONE PAYMENT REPURCHASE (in the attachment) which it means if Mr. [redacted] failed to pay his first car payment then Eagle Auto Group has to pay them the amount they funded us which was $11,832.66 (which we paid back to the bank because he failed to pay, check cashed by [redacted] FINANCIAL in the attachment).
When Mr. [redacted] initially bought the car from us he required a $3000.00 down payment and he requested different wheels because he did not like the wheels in the car so we agreed on charging him a small fee and we will cover the difference, but he showed up with only $2500.00 being short $500.00 plus another $168.00 for the difference of the charge for wheels and tires which it adds up to $668.00 short. We tried calling him to ask for the money owed and he used profanity words and start threatening that he will own us by owning this lot (No problems were mentioned about the car), on 5/20/2014 after his warranty from us was expired by 14 days and miles 111853 which is over by 1101 miles (Shown in attachment the warranty agreement being 15 days or 500 miles 50/50 whichever comes first) one of his friends called us stating that [redacted] asked them to call us if we can fix the car for him and if the warranty is expired, we said we have been trying to reach him but he was threatening us and cursing and we asked her if could call us to understand what the car is doing and see if one of our mechanics that we use can fix it, so he called us a short time after that and explained the situation what his car was doing and it sounded like a weak battery or the alternator which is what charges the battery so we send a towing truck to pick up the car where he left if on the street with no key (We paid the towing truck from our expense which was $125.00) when the car arrived at the mechanic we needed the key to try to start it and identify the problem, when we gave him a call asking for the key he said he will have someone drop it off to us (We did not receive the key) and we said we will fix the car free of charge but he still need to pay us was was owed to us because its only fair, he refused to do that although we paid for the towing and we were going to spend whatever it takes to fix it. We made a new key for the car for $150.00 since he did not bring us the key and we replaced the  battery and the alternator just to be in the safe side, it cost us $377.00 plus the original towing fee $125.00 and the rear window cover had been ripped by someone so we had to fix that for $100.00  and do a complete detail/wash for $120.00, plus the miles that he already put on the car.
In reality we could go after our money that we paid because he signed a contract with us and [redacted] FINANCIAL but we have not done that as of yet, we try to work and help our customers as much as we can, we very fair and take pride in our business.

I recently posted a review aand saw that I received a response from management. Just want to clarify their offer to resolve the situation. They offered me $5000 for a car that is valued at $11500 and that they were asking $12000 for 6 months ago. I just recently spent $1000 fixing some of the problems. Though I still have some electronic issues to fix think about the profit of buying something for $5000, putting $1000 or less if they could get away with it into it and it retails for $11500. Does that sound like a business that is trying to help or trying to make more money off of me? Also I'd like to inform you of their overall incompetence. The buttons on the key never worked to unlock or lock the car. Managements' response to that was that it just needed new batteries. Trusting as always I believed it and tried to open the key to see what batteries to purchase. When I couldn't open it I [redacted] it only to find out that [redacted] keys do not take batteries. The key is charged by putting it in the ignition. If it doesn't work the key is broken. It is $200 to replace. Be careful and never trust a used car salesman. Especially one at

Do yourself a favor before buying a car from Eagle Auto - get it checked out by an independent mechanic. Do not trust Eagle Auto to hold up any promises they make you to get things fixed after you purchase the car. These may seem like common sense things but for someone who is trusting of the honesty of business owners this is a hard lesson to learn. I purchased a car from Eagle Auto 6 months ago. The morning after purchasing the battery wouldn't start. Eagle Auto replaced the battery and we moved forward. The door handle on my car was broken upon purchase and eagle auto sent me to haggle with a shop owner in the ghetto of Glendale to get it fixed claiming that Eagle had already paid him. The sunroof was broken and since this was the reason why I bought the car Eagle said they would make sure it got fixed. The way they did this was sending me to an upholstery shop who said that maybe they could fix it if I gave them a week. Within a week of purchase the car started leaking oil and coolant and the exhaust started blowing out clouds of smoke. Eagle said they could fix it if we have them the car for two days. We rented a car to get around and after a week we finally got our car back. It blew smoke the second we drove it from the shop. Now six months after buying the car and putting less than 5000 miles on it the self leveling suspension went. The car is completely destroyed. Not to mention the way the weather stripping was put on (with Velcro), the entire locking system is broken, the drivers window and countless others. Don't trust Sal and his partners. We did and we and paying the price.

So, I came across Eagle Auto Group from my friend who had seen a couple cars on the lot. She had wanted something used, and with out high car payments that was easy to fix. At the time she was only 17, and she was born here in America, but her parents weren't. At some point she came here alone, and lived with a family friend. She had to wait till she was 18 to get her license. So, she had asked me If I could put this car in my name and keep it till her birthday, mean while she would make the payments. We went into Sals and we got the car together. There were things that went wrong later on, a flat tire, weird noises that were fixed by them, but all in all they showed amazing customer service. We were able to come in anytime if we has questions or wanted something to be fixed that went wrong after buying the car. Knowing we could go back there time and time again really signified how dedicated they were to their customers and keeping them happy. This was her first car, and it was older, and it was used, and we knew things would go wrong. If we wanted things to be and work as if they were brand new, we would have gotten a brand new car. After she turned 18 and got her license, Sal and Larry walked us through on how to transfer the loan into her name. When they asked us for a down payment at the bank, Sal was willing to front the money and have her sign a commitment document to pay it back. Eagle auto group went above and beyond for us. I told my step mother about them, and they went and bought a Mini Cooper for my brother, and it is running beautifully. I also bought my own BMW 335i 2007, and I've never been happier. In the end, we not only walked away with a Nissan, Mini Coop, and BMW, we also walked away with trust worthy friends in the auto business.

I've purchased 2 vehicles from Eagle in the last 6 months and they were very professional, honest and provided tremendous customer service. No bait and switch with financing and the owner Sal was very knowledgeable of they vehicles he sold. I definitely recommend them for your used vehicles. Rob R.
