Review: The service with the company is poor, I want the full reimbursement. And the proper handling,and return or my personal document

The 24/APR/2013 I submit an application for lease equipment for a new Food Trailer that I bought. [redacted] request all the documentation needed,which I fax;to Eagle Business Financial Application for Equipment Financing with personal data, facilities list, Id copy, Driving license copy and 4 bank statements. Once I have the package ready [redacted]s send me via his e-mail (matteaglebusinessfinance.com) A sheet named Facsimile Transmittal with a different address from the original application, requesting more documents and to send over night with the prepaid sheet via FedEx which [redacted]s send me. Also to send two checks with the package. I send both checks one as per the agreement to cover the processing fees and the other to paid two month in advance to guarantee the deal. The checks number are 578969 for a total of 1,397.68 and the other check number is 578968 for the amount of 495.00 dollars. Once I sent everything on the FedEx with the prepaid sheet drop off transaction [redacted], I never heard again from Robert Neely or [redacted]s, They never answer the phone, never gave me an up-date me with the information of the process of the tittle loan, I was the one calling some times for several hours a day. When finally I get to spoke with him he acts like nothing is going on, he told me that some will call me to go over the agreement, that never happened, I asked him if there is some one I could talk to solve it, he said the only person was him. I never sent the tittle of my Equipment because I realized something is not right. Do to all this mysterious action and negligence on my loan handling I sent an e-mail directly to Mr.[redacted] that I don't want to continue with the application. And I don't want to continue because I saw too much of only 1 person handling everything and don't sound to my like an official office. I also looked today on rippoffreport.com on line and the same thing I am going through he has done it to other people and as per those reports he never reimbursed the money.Desired Settlement: See Complaint Text

From time to time we record our calls for training purposes. What [redacted] states is not true. In fact, she made several threats to employees in our firm, including bodily harm, which is also captured on the recording. [redacted] refused to honor her contract and provide underwriting the necessary paperwork to complete the transaction. These were the last stipulations contained in her approval, she denied and wanted to cancel. We obliged and informed her that our $495 Securitization Fee is fully earned by us and a refund form would be sent to her for signature. We never received it from [redacted]. We will contact the client to reach an amicable resolution to this matter.

Review: We were trying to acquire trailers for our business through a business loan company, Eagle Business Financing. After we gave them extensive financial information and an early deposit of $4,600, we recieved no word concerning our trailers. We've contacted Eagle's associates and [redacted],the third party company responsible for making the trailors via phone, email, and text and have gotten no response. We started the loan process mid July and now we're nearing September with no response, or accountability from this business. We are requestig an update our deposit back for the excessive amount of time that has transpired for this agreement.Desired Settlement: As stated before we would like a refund on our early deposit.

Review: I paid this company $938.39 for a 3yr contract on a Food concession trailor for a total of $8633.00 on April 29, 2013. I have not been able to talk to anyone since about May 2, 2013. I have called two to three times a day leaving a message and no response. Today is May 14, 2013 and I still have no response.

We have reviewed the complaint from our client [redacted]. Our contract with [redacted] who owned Mama Sherry’s Kitchen required a deposit of $1,138.30 of which $495.00 was a securitization fee which is fully earned by our firm. However, she only sent in $938.39 of the $1,138.30. We will contact [redacted] again and attempt to reach an amicable resolution to this matter. Also, we do have record that we were in constant contact with [redacted].

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have not been contacted by the business, however, my lawyer has contacted them several times with no response.

We came to Eagle a few years ago when we just opened the biz. I did not have good credit. Eagle believed in me and did our first EVER financing! Yesterday, they funded our 4th Xray for us and provided a small cash loan to cover training expense and some advertising. Our Rep. Amy was wonderful and the owner even called to welcome us and ensure my expectations were met. I never had the time to post a review but I realized what a big part that Eagle plays in our business model, I want to congratulate them publicly. I have recommended them to the Vendor we buy our equipment from for any financing their customers might need.

Review: March of 2013 good faith monies were sent to and check cashed by eagle business finance after financing approval and proposal were sent by eagle business finance to myself and accepted . No such financing was ever competed the vendor Lang Diesel inc. Smith Center,Ks.never received funding promised by Eagle Business Financing . Many many attempts have been made by myself [redacted] to contact Eagle Business Financing and [redacted] of eagle business financing in regards to their breach of contract and return of said good faith monies in the amount of $5945 . Either phone messages have not been returned or excuses have been made as to why my deposit has not been returned. Eagle business is not a reputable company with good moral business practices and it hurts the reputation of the B B B to be associated with them.

Review: On October 3, 2014, I was told that I was approved for a lease loan for 2 -26' trucks, all I needed to do was send a money order for $4150 or wire money direct to his account I did this and to this day have not received anything but the run around. I have asked repeatedly for my money back to [redacted] and he tells me he will send me this certain form once I sign it and send back I will receive a partial refund. Guess what he will not send this form I did put in writing asking him to refund my money and he tells me I must fill out this form that he will not send me. He has had my money for 5 months and done absolutely nothing. I did pay an attorney $1,000.00 to write him a letter with no response except he did text me and tell me he received letter however if I want to play this way he will file 17 suits against me and report me to IRS for what I don't know. This has been very emotionally draining on me as I am a very small business and cannot afford this loss.Desired Settlement: I need to be refunded the $5150.00 that I have paid and left alone from him.

Review: The company Eagle business finance LLC contacted us for funding through the internet for a lease of a piece of machinery they played so many games with the vendor that the vendor refused to deal with

[redacted] who is the face of Eagle Business finance LLC the company told us the [redacted] would not return calls and was not responsive during all of this [redacted] asked us for a cashiers check for the first and last payment of the lease and in fact we had the lease and that all we needed to do was send the payment and then they would send the money to the vendor this never happened [redacted] then told us that the vendor was not cooperating with them and they would not be able to fund the deal for the full amount and that we would need to come up with more money for a down payment and that we could just pay the vendor mean while he held our first and last payment finally the vendor after almost 6 weeks said they would no longer deal with Eagle Business finance and that they thought I was being scammed and they sold the machine [redacted] has promised to return the lease payments and has never done so he has promised on many occasions in writing this has gone on for almost 4 months and finally after becoming mad and threatening legal action [redacted] told us that he was filing 14 lawsuits against us for defamation and physical threats and that we would not see our money because of this after posting on line reviews [redacted] then said our refunds were on the way and to please take down the bad reviews and we would receive our refund he is now threatening lawsuits again against us for what I can only guess is being ripped off and complaining about it since dealing with [redacted] I have done lots of checking on line and he has done this to lot of people

taking money for up front lease payment and then not delivering anything in return basically he just takes your money and says you did not live up to the contract and other excuses he liesDesired Settlement: I would like the full refund this man has taken $[redacted] for two payments for a lease he never provided.

GREAT SERVICE! We were in a tight situation where we were awarded a new contract to haul various sediments from oil fields in Texas. we had 1 week to sign the contract or we would loose it, and we needed to start hauling in 2 weeks. Our company makes good money but our personal credit had some issues. A dealer told us to call Eagle because they tried 3 of their banks and we got declined, Im glad we did. From the start they were confident we could get funding. After submitting our application and some documents, we were approved the next day, we were able to pick up our truck in 5 days. Thanks for the team effort!

A huge shout out to Eagle Business Finance! We are a Taco catering company and also operate Taco food trucks. Being in the Food Truck and event catering industry, I can say financing anything is extremely hard to come by. Eagle really took our company seriously and fully understood our growth plan and our financial position. [redacted] there did an amazing job and was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. After analyzing our package we sent in, [redacted] and their President called me for an interview which was impressive that the top Management was involved. An hour later I received an approval, and 2 days later received funding. This team was amazing in helping us buy our 3rd Food Truck and a small van and various kitchen supplies.
