We bought a carport/barn from Eagle Carports through their Timberlake, NC dealer on 8/31/The barn was scheduled for delivery on 9/15/2016, which got moved to 9/19/2016, because the installer's wife was in the hospitalOn 9/19/2016, the installers showed up but refused to install the barn because according to them, Eagle Carports had not approved the lotThis was the first time we had heard about Eagle Carport having to approve the lot for installationI asked them to give me a minute to get the contract and by the time I came back out, they had leftThe contract DOES NOT say anything at all about Eagle Carports having to approve the lotIn fact, there is a warning in bold capital letters stating that if the lot is not leveled, the carport will be installed AS IS on the lotI specifically asked them to just install the barn on the lot as it was, but instead they just leftTherefore, Eagle Carports violated their own contractWe communicated with the dealer and Eagle Carports, but nobody has showed up to supposedly approve the lotEagle Carports did schedule (a third time) a delivery for 10/03/However, the installers wife is apparently back in the hospital and no delivery/installation was madeNow, Eagle Carports has "tentatively" scheduled the delivery/installation for 10/06/2016, the day we're supposed to get hurricane rain/windsEagle Carports has not delivered their installation services and has violated their contract

November 28, I purchased a carport from Eagle Carports over months ago and have received nothing but the run-around, ignored, delayed and cancelled installation datesOn July 22, I paid the Eagle Carports sales person $as down paymentI was told the carport would be installed within to weeksAfter waiting over weeks and receiving no contact from Eagle Carports I contacted them on August 26, and was told “for any progress updates please call our toll free line @ ###-###-#### and ask for Kacy or Ext***”I called that number on September 3, 2015, weeks after the initial order, and was told Kacy was on the phone and they would call me right backI was never called right back, in fact I was never called periodI waited a week for them to call, but they never didI called them again on September 10, weeks after the initial order, and was able to talk to KacyShe told me the carport would be installed the first of the following week, or the week afterOf course that never happened, and they never called me to explain why notI called them again on October 1, 2015, weeks after the initial order, and talked to Angela, Kacy's assistant, she told me she would call me back Monday or Tuesday of the following weekOf course she never did, so I called them again on October 8, 2015, weeks after the initial order, and talked to Angela and Kacy, who told me the carport would be installed on Wednesday of the following weekThe next day, October 9, 2015, Angela called me, first time anybody with Eagle Carports had ever called me, to say the scheduled installation date had been pushed back to Saturday, October 17, I called them again on Wednesday, October 14, 2015, weeks after the initial order, and days before the scheduled installation to make sure everything was still on scheduleKacy said it wasI live miles from the site the carport was to be installedAfter driving up the next day, Angela called to say the installer had broken his foot and would be layed up for weeksThe installer must still be layed up because it's been over weeks since he broke his foot and Eagle Carports has not contacted me to reschedule the installationAt this point, over months after the initial order, I do not believe I will ever get a carport from Eagle Carports, and Eagle Carports is telling me my down payment will NOT be refundedYou can decide whether you want to do business with these people or notI would suggest that if you want to disperse your money and receive nothing tangible in return, give it to your favorite charity instead of these people [redacted] ***

I just spent close to $1,to buy a carport from this companyMoney, as a single dad, I had to save a while forAs excited as I was to receive my carport, it ended in disappointmentCustomer Service provided by Gerald (Manager) was poor from the first time I spoke to himI ordered Pewter Gray panels for my carportI called directly after I saw the color of the panels that were placed on my carportThe lady told me to go ahead and pay and then call back and ask for GeraldI did call back like I was asked to speak to GeraldHe smarted off about the situation from the startTold me pewter gray was placed on my order and pewter gray was what was on my carportThe color is EXTREMELY different from the brochureI do realize it will not be a perfect matchHowever in this instance it is a very noticeable difference in the colorsJose is the name of the worker who brought the carport and also told me that it wasn't a matchWhat they put up wasn't Pewter Gray(This is from the guy that actually worked on the carport! I sent Gerald pictures and was told they would review and get back to medays later I called and was told he would contact me the following dayHe emailed me back after I called to check once again and told me they would not be replacing the panels because what I ordered was pewter gray and pewter gray is what was brought for my carportI called to speak to him once again and have asked for samples of Pebble Beige, Sand Stone and Pewter GrayThere is absolutely no way what is placed on my carport the Pewter Gray that is shown on the brochureVery disappointed in the service and attitude I have received from Eagle Carports, IncI would think the company would be willing to correct an error madeVery RUDE service givenCustomers are not placed as priority with this company when the manager laughs at you and starts to argue with you in your first conversation
