To: The Revdex.comAccording to the complaint submitted by [redacted] and his female companion, Eagle Cleaner disputes the claim by the complainant [redacted] return on March 27, to pick up his clothes without his receipt that was provide when his clothes was accepted by Eagle CleanerHowever, when a customer does not have their receipt, Eagle Cleaner employee are instructed to have that customer sign a book recording that their clothes were picked up by the person that sign the "no receipt book"This book is just like our second record for us to proof to our customers that their clothes was picked up by the person that sign the bookWe do have [redacted] signature in this book and have provided you a copy of this factSecondly, [redacted] ***'s female companion in her complaint statement to the Revdex.com state that the police was called by an Eagle Cleaner employeeThis claim too Eagle Cleaner is disputingI've asked my entire staff was [redacted] County Sheriff Department called to resolve this issue, I was assured that no one on my staff called the Sheriff Department and I'm confident if you check with The [redacted] County Sheriff Department that there will be no record that the police department was called on that date to my place of business.P.SWe are apologies for our late response.Respectfully

To whom it may concernOn June 18, [redacted] drop off garments according to our records whem she cameback to pick up her order there were pieces that were not ready I explained to her thesituation and she was ok with itShe was worried about her missing or as she said stolenitemsShe also claims that she is tired of us missing or stealing her clothesBut on June 18was her first visit.We never ignored her complaint, we tried to talk to her but instead she got,really angry and starter using very innappriate language.She also claims that she paid $for the dress but on your letter she wrote down $we are not refusing to settle this with her.but our store liability with respect to any lost or damaged article shall not exceed times our charge for processing it, if you have any more questions feel free to call our phone # [redacted]

Review: My boyfriend and I put 16 shirts and 3 pair of pants in this cleaners on March 24. We went to pick them up on April 9, 2014 and they told him that they couldnt find his clothing. They asked him to wait until the Manager arrived and that he could go in the back to look for his clothing and even showed him in the system when they were dropped off. Needless to say he was furious and exchanged words and they called the police. When the police arrived they told the officers that the system says it was picked up (all of a sudden) I called the cleaners back to see what could be done or any type of compensation, they stated nothing and that my boyfriend needed to find his ticket because in the system it states that it was picked up already. This is a terrible cleaners and the customer service is terrible, they give you other peoples clothing or loose yours and tell you to go home and find them. Now my boyfriend is out of an entire wardrobe and I am out of two shirts..... DO NOT COME HERE. It was one thing for the Rep to say we lost them but to lie when officers arrived and change it in the system to picked up is unfair. Now we are out of clothes and because my boyfriend cannot find his ticket we have to go buy more clothing.Desired Settlement: We would like our clothing or be refunded for the price of clothing at an amount of $600.00
