In one of the screenshots the patron was able to provide us, their online shopping cart indicated that the tickets were reduced per a discount code named "Club 54 Gold Auto-Waived Fees.” The patron, like many others, purchased his Gold membership in order to access presale tickets to Lea Salonga. She had been featured on our website for several days before the presale with her premium ticket price listed as $150. At no point were her premium tickets advertised as being $135. We have never before received a complaint regarding the appearance of this 10% discount for online sales from any other Gold member, which has indicated to us that our process of explanation before and after purchase has been relatively clear. However, the satisfaction of our patrons remains paramount to us. With that in mind, we have extended to this patron a $30 credit for food & beverage to be used during their visit with us. We hope this gesture will help to alleviate any frustration the patron may have encountered during this process.
