Review: Company failed to provide appropiate support after payment was received.

Company has a website advertising voicemail message services. The potential customer has the option to fill out an online form and create the account to start using the service. I was able to create the account and used the service once. Then I lost all access to the account and tried reseting passwords many times. I contacted support, went to the chat service on the site and called by phone and am only told to wait another 24 hours. This issue has been going for 5 days and when I requested the service terminated and a refund, was told that in order to do that I needed access to the site (which is the original complaint), because they do not have access to my account. At this point, I lost my money and am worried about continuing beeing charged by the company and they do not offer resolution to the matterDesired Settlement: I would prefer to be refunded and not having further charges or as remedy to provide me with a free month if the issue can be fixed in a timely fashion.

This email is in regards to [redacted] complaint against Eagle Conferencing LLC. ID#[redacted].

The customer was unable to access their account. Our technical team had to investigate the account to deem if any suspicious activity caused the account to become inaccessible. The problem was that the customer entered the incorrect email into the system. This problem was corrected and the solution was sent to [redacted] via email at [redacted]

Since the solution reached [redacted] there has been no correspondence by phone, email, or online chat. When the letter from the Revdex.com was received, we checked into [redacted]'s account and found that his service has recent activity on it and is working as intended.
