window and the trim. On the 12th ( it rained all that weekend again) I went by and resealed the trim. He was not home but noticed on the 16th that I came by. I didn't give it much more thought till I found this E mail. Texted him today, knowing it rained like hell Fri.& Sat. and he said he was out of town and wasn't there for the rain but thinks it's better.  [redacted]'s a good guy and I'm sure he will let me know after the next rain.  Ray
