Eagle Creek Apartments

I was excited to move into this location, as I was willing to pay more for a view of Eagle Creek Reservoir, The apartment was under restoration and I was not allowed to see it till it was complete On the day of signing the contract I got to inspect the apartment, the windows were from the early 70"s and leaked on the inside that had created a heavy fog which distorted the view Which by the way was why I rented the apartment in the first place When I told them I couldn't take the apartment with windows in such bad shape, distorted vision and truly a heat and cooling loss source, the apartment manager stated don't worry we are changing them out! They didn't and I have been told they wont My cooling bill ran in the $per month range and winter heating bills look to be just as expensive!., Every one of my request for cooling problems has ben swept under the table I would strongly recommend against anyone from moving into this complex., The pool has so many broken tiles that I don't think it will even be open next summer

license plates and registration. Prior to any vehicles being towed, warning stickers are placed on the vehicle with a minimum of 24 hours notice. It also states in each resident's lease (Page 2, Section 20) that all vehicles on our property must have valid and current registration stickers displayed.
