On Friday morning, I got a call from the Chemist that was coming out Monday(today)That he was not going to be able to come out on Monday for he had to many this for that dayIf he could come out with in an hour to an hour and a halfI texted *** *** and he said no for he had to go work to
reschedule the Chemist for the following week or on a SaturdayI had text the Chemist saying that *** *** wouldn't be availableBut, I guess the Chemist did not get text for abit later he texted me saying he was in ***So, since he was already in town, I told he to come to *** ***'s houseSo, we ask *** *** mom if we could get a sample of the sink waterShe called *** *** and *** *** said No for he was not homeSo, we had to leave because *** *** wouldn't lets us get a sample so the Chemist could do some testing of the waterThe Chemist was there as a courtesy to see what is in the water so we can get resolved Thank you,

In response to complaint of *** ***The issues that he has had have been addressed as promp as the sub-contractors have been able to go back outHis electrical issues have been addressed, but he did threaten the electrician and electrician file a complaint with the City of SomersetThe water well was dug by a company Eagle Creek Homes contracted. Unison is the name of the CompanyThere was no septic tank when the well was dugged. But, the septic tank has been permitted by Bexar CountyThe septic tank has to have an engineered design and inspection of location on property and it is more than 50ft away from well as permitted and stated by the county and there is documents for it. We ran the water in the house before he moved in and the water was clear and no smell. The house came with a water softer that he by-passed because he complained the water was slimmy (soft water) and it also came with a water filtation system that is by the water softnerAlso, put in a black tank to airate sulfer from water and a smaller filter system outside by the well before water comes in the houseWe tested the water for bactria at the San Antonio Metro Testing office and it came back fineAnd the Unisonn personnel had been out to *** ***' home several times to see how to assist him with water wellAnd they suggested that maybe he should call a water filtration company and he got mad and started cussing at themWe also had it tested for PH level and it came back and have paperwork for itTDLR took some samples of the water, but has yet to give results to *** ***I have been providing filters for *** *** while we wait for results on the TDLR findingsI will have a Chemist come out on Monday 01/31/17, he is also a water filtration person and hopefully he will be able to find a solutionI have told *** *** that I would have plumber change out drain plates in tubs and on a sink I saw that needed to be change outHis appliances have not been destroyedThank you,
