Michelle- I would like this to come to a close as wellIn all fairness [redacted] , did not give us the opportunity to fix the “smoke smell”The first time we were made aware of the situation was when he wanted to break his lease, after he told us he needed to because of his wife’s healthIf we had known about this before he wanted to break the lease, we would have had several options to offer; we were not given this opportunityWe believe we have made a goodwill adjustmentWe made a concession on the financial move out statement, and did not charge him for the 30day notice thus saving him $Given these reasons our position still stands of owing the lease breaking fee, two times the monthly rent ? Kind Regards,Alicia S***

I UNDERSTAND I SHOULD PAY SOME OF LEASE BREAKING BUT DUE TO NATURE OF COMPLAINT AND HEALTH AFFECT,SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE
Michelle- I would like this to come to a close as well. In all fairness [redacted], did not give us the opportunity to fix the “smoke smell”. The first time we were made aware of the situation was when he wanted to break his lease, after he told us he needed to because of his wife’s health. If we had known about this before he wanted to break the lease, we would have had several options to offer; we were not given this opportunity. We believe we have made a goodwill adjustment. We made a concession on the financial move out statement, and did not charge him for the 30day notice thus saving him $350.28. Given these reasons our position still stands of owing the lease breaking fee, two times the monthly rent. Kind Regards,Alicia S[redacted]
