One of the last few honest businesses out there. Bryan is direct and honest as they come. Took no money to diagnose a problem we were having. While the others like 24/ 7 Fix it, took our money for a bunk diagnosis.
I highly recommend Byran and his company. Yes, they are busy, but he gave me a time frame and stuck to it. He will be the company that earns our money when it comes to a new HVAC and A/C unit.

I highly recommend this company. I found Brian to be honest, knowledgeable and very reasonable.
I'll definitely use Eagle Crest again for any future HVAC needs my home may require!

I have used Eagle Crest to fix my air conditioner and my furnace. I have appreciated the straight forward advice Brian has given me. He has been more than fair in pricing. I will definitely use this company for all my heating and air conditioning needs.

Worst subcontractor I’ve ever had the “pleasure” of working with. Had my claim for 2 months and came to my house once with no tools or desire to solve my issue. Was supposed to come for follow ups and never called to set up an appointment. When I finally got ahold of them the response was “there are jobs more important than yours”. After 2 months, this is pretty pathetic. After being in construction for 6 years, this is the most incompetent subcontractor I’ve ever seen. Stay away!

I personally have been in the stressfull situation when your A/C stops working in 90 degree weather and I cannot express how fortunate I was to of met Bryan *** the owner of Eagle Crest Heating and Air Conditioning. Our A/C unit had stopped working and I desperately called several locations and at that time money was tight as my hustband had just started a new job, (this was a few years ago) they all quoted us at around $5,000-$10,000 to repair or replace or A/C unit. Devastated I knew I could not live without my A/C. I told a friend who recommended Bryan whom he was recommended from talk show my friend listens to. I called Bryan and he quickly came out the same day! I asked him if he thought the unit need to be replaced his response was "Not if I can fix it, yes your unit is old but if I can fix it and get you a few more years out of it why replace it?" He fixed our A/C and to this day it is still going strong. I remember being so relieved and ecstatic he charged me less the $200 bucks and fixed it that day. I will never ever forget his amazing and prompt service he provided us. I genuinely recommend him to you and your loved ones and I continue to recommend him to my clients as I am a Realtor!

I had the absolute WORST experience a non-customer could have. Bryan responded to my call right away, and offered to come over to my house same night to take a look at my furnace about installing a new AprilAire600 Humidifier. He was immediately stand-offish in person, would not let me talk or express my opinion, was very short and concise. so I thought that is fine, I will do business with him even if he is the least social HVAC contractor I have known, at least he appears to be honest. We agreed on the price and I did not haggle him one bit. He was going to add me for a next day job since it was a one hour job, instead he was a no call no show, and he never returned any of my 3 calls for the following 4days. It was on the 6th day when he returned my 4th call/voice message only to act like a Complete Jerk on the phone, making absolutely zero apologies for ignoring the prior 5 days of calls, not making his possible next day appt and then had the audacity to tell me that "I should move on with someone else" and that is right after the agreement and handshake on day one when he agreed to take on this job. I hope he reads this review and understands how much of a jerk he comes off.. He says they are very popular and busy, and I am happy for him, but I can't imagine how many new customers are able to stomach his demeanor on the phone or in person, or worse to be promised a job and ignored for nearly a week without making a most minimal effort to keep his customer updated about any delays. The man offered zero apologies or explanations as to why or how he could not take 1 min out of his busy day to let me know why the job is being postpones and until when. Completely unprofessional - no matter how direct, concise and honest he may appear to be. He wasted a week of my time that ANOTHER HVAC person could have done the job sooner, meanwhile my 4 months old baby has to suffer every night and morning at 15% indoor humidity because I put my trust in the wrong person. Bryan - you sir are the biggest jerk I met in the business.
