Dear Revdex.com,This letter is regarding a complaint, ID # ***, about the service I provide from my business. We would like to inform you that this customer brought this comforter in two times, in which we did cleaning n it two timesThe second time that she did bring this
comforter in, we did the cleaning free of chargeI received a call from the customer regarding a water stain on her comforter.The first time she brought this comforter in, this mark stain was already presentWith this being said, we took this comforter in for cleaningShe picked it up from our storeThis same comforter was brought back to our store on June 14th, with the same stain on it that was already present the first time she brought it inThis was the date that we took this comforter back in for cleaning a second time, free of chargeWe received a phone call about this comforter after she picked it up the secondIn this phone call, I told her that she could bring this comforter back so that we can further inspect it, giving her the option to do redo it again, free of charge.We also have never had this issue come up in our store even though we work over comforters a weekThis water stain issue has never been a problem on any other comfortersGiven this, we firmly believe that this water stain mark did not happen in my store.With this being said, we can refund her the cleaning chargeGiven that it was not our fault that there was a water stain on her comforter, we will not be able to give any back for her comforterIf you have any other questions, please feel free to reach me at (309)-453-9317.Sincerely,Vasant K Patel, owner of Eagle Dry Cleaners
