Eagle Electric

I used Eagle Electric several times and I was very happy with the work and they were professional. I would use them again. They came gave me a bid, scheduled me, completed the work and they even worked with me on a payment plan as I ended up getting a lot more work done.

Eagle Electric contracted with me to completely update/replace all the electrical wiring, plugs, switches, fixtures, electrical board and wire connection to the PGE power pole. The upgrading was to be permitted and the work was to be approved by Oregon City. The company did a lot of the work but when PGE came to disconnect the existing cable from one pole and connect it to the new pole, Eagle Electric did not show up and would not answer my calls or texts so I had no power until I contacted PGE to come out and temporarily hook me up again. The city inspector informed me that Eagle had not acquired a permit for the work and that the new box was unsecured and unsafe with live exposed areas that could electrocute someone or something that touched them. The owner has texted me that the company is out of business but he will try to find someone to finish the job for the amount that I have already paid them but that was not a guarenty and would take at least a month. I have a new heating system install in two weeks and I am not sure they can do it with the current unpermitted, uncompleted work

I have tried over and over to contact them. Either phone calls are not returned or for months and months voice mails are full so you can't leave a message. I had bought 2 hours of time through *** for $139.00. When they were about to come out the first time, they said they did not have the correct things in the truck. I asked if they would extend the date and they said that would not be a problem. I've never been able to reach them since. I contacted *** and they are no longer a member and yet have the *** endorsements all over their website. The fact that if you push #1 when the phone is answered-for estimates-Voice mail full. Push #2 to schedule-Voice mail full. Push #3 for bookkeeper-Voice Mail full. I have sent them an email from their website.
