I contacted Eagle Eye Enterprises re a problem I had with a lock Gary responded right away and gave me in a bid for the work I needed (replacing a lock)
we set up an appointment-- he was able to come the next day! he was promt and very professional
he explained my options and replaced my lock in about minutes the charge was exactly what he quoted, no additional mystery fees, etc he was about 15% cheaper than the other companies from which I received quotes (other companies)
the whole experience was exceptional- it was a difficult situation for me and was such a relief to have it taken care of!!
