Eagle Eye Security Services Reviews (1)

This security service provides staff that is unwilling to work, does not follow the stipulations you've given them, and acts of their own free will.We run a large music festival in Memphis, TN, which we hired Eagle Eye Security to protect. Here are some of the complaints I sent to the owner, who then sent me an absolutely rude and appalling email in return.- Sponsor tents often didn't have a security guard at any given point in time and they were not checking wristbands. Our sponsors that made this festival happen were incredibly unhappy. The security staff also was eating food from these tents, food which was ordered based on sponsor numbers. At no point in time had we ever discussed our event providing food for security staff. The security guard at the [redacted] tent was sitting down on her phone the majority of the evening, looking down, not looking at wristbands.- Fans wandered backstage on multiple occasions because no one checked their wristbands. Of all things that a security team could let happen at an event of this caliber, this has got to be one of the worst.- A dog was found on the premises, though they are specifically prohibited at our event. Then that person refused to leave.- Security guards told concert attendees to cut through backstage to get to the bathrooms. BACKSTAGE. Where only people with All Access badges should have been allowed to enter. We suppled Pass Access lists to the security team for this purpose.- 3 fence sections along the back perimeter at the top of the hill were moved and left completely wide open. If a guard had walked the perimeter as the night progressed, this would have been caught and fixed. We have no idea how many people were able to enter due to this.- At least 5 security guards were talking on their phones at several points during the day, while manning their posts.- [redacted] asked for more security in front of stage, a woman was sent and spent her time with her back to the crowd - resting against the railing.- Reinforcements to the back were requested and we still had countless issues.- [redacted] requested support at back gate and no one ever showed.- 2 concert attendees managed to wander through the backstage area at the [redacted] into Artist hospitality, and almost got on stage. Our own staff, 2 small young women, had to restrain them and escort them out of artist hospitality. Those are the big complaints we've received from internal staff. We are cutting checks today. In all honesty, we do not feel at all that we got what we paid for. We'd very much appreciate a discount of some kind for the added stress this caused on our staff and the damage control we had to do internally.Let me know what, if anything, you feel is appropriate and we'll cut the check today and send out.I am sorry for the nature of this email. Looking forward to hearing from you.Desired SettlementI would love for this business to be held accountable for their actions. They provided a service that ended up being more work for me, actually costing me money in addition to charging me $7200. This practice is absolutely unacceptable and I while I have paid them (due to the owner being a rude person), I would prefer to have that money refunded as they did not completely their contracted duty.
