during a wind storm half my fence blew down. I had to call at lest 2 fence companies for quotes for the insurance company. The first company who came out didnt even want to talk to me, they wanted to talk to my husband, so I called eagle fence next. I didnt know them I just looked in the phone book. The owner was very nice and came out the next day. He wrote me up a quote and said he would work with me and my insurance company. 2 days later the insurance company cut me a check and I called eagle fence. It took over 10 days for that check to clear the bank. Eagle fence had already installed my new fence and waited very patiently on the bank and payment. They got my fence up for me so quick when other companies said it would take them over 3 weeks after they where paid in full before they could even start. I would recommend eagle fence to every every one I know.

Review: I purchased a vinly fence a couple of years ago and was assured if I needed assistance in the future, the company would certainly be there. Approx 8-11-2013 a branch fell and destroyed part of the fence. I called and was assured they would come out to repair it.After making numerous calls for repair or estimate and always being put off finally I tried to find out the brand with no success to purchase myself. I had been told it was ordered, on back order, came in, might have the part at his business, ordered again ansd on and on. Eagle fence never came out to see the actual repair or give me an prior estimate of cost. Not finding out the brand, I could not match it and was held hostage for repair. After about three months Approx on 10-26-2013 I recieved a call he had the part and would come out on sat, but he would call first between 9-noon. 9:30 am he arrived and rang the bell. I explained the access would be to come thru the back as before,and after swearing, walking to his vehicle I met him in the back. He had not even seen the repair needed. He had one piece of vinyl and explained he and his employee had been out the night before and being hung over only he arrived and could NOT do the job hmsself and would now have to come back monday. I layed out allthe parts I had including a part I explained was to a section on the other end. that part is now missing and the repair not done to that section. I recieved a call he wanted his money and when I asked for a itemized bill and what happened to the other part he began swearing again at me and said he wanted his money and he would throw a part over the fence and my GD old man could fix the fence. I called BB to file a complaint. To date I have never recieved a itemized billfor two parts or repair cost.Desired Settlement: I would like an itemized description of the fence, two fence parts replaced and the cost of repair involved in addition to information for future replacement if needed. I would like Revdex.com to over see that I am not being taked advantage of as I could never get an estimate and I really feel I was held hostage for repair. I had searched everywhere for replacement parts. It is a shame as I had reccomended this company in the past but will not in the future.
