I was not able to pick up the check on either day it was promised. I received a voice mail from [redacted] last evening stating the check would be mailed on Wednesday even though I was told I could pick it up on the 11th or 12th. I was told in a voice mail from [redacted] this morning that the check has been mailed. I have been told "the check is in the mail" many other times. I have never been lied to so many times as I have been from Eagle Fence. I can't understand why [redacted] is such a problem for this company.

not say I am satisfied until I have the gate on the fence. I am now at the end of my 10 days, but do not have a gate nor have they called to let me know when they will be coming. Furthermore when a company quotes you 6 to 10 weeks give or take a few weeks, the they mess up, and then it takes a total of 6 months till I have use of the fence is not right. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

In the summer of 2013 we had Eagle Fence put in a cedar shadow box style fence for us. It took quite a while before they got to us but we were very happy with it once they were done. This year (early summer 2014)we called to get a staining estimate. Got the estimate and sent them half of the money to get the ball rolling. It is now fall and nothing has happened. I had been calling them almost every week for the last couple of months and I keep being told "We will have call you." It never happened. I get the same excuses that many of the complaints cited. "We are super busy, he will get back to you as soon as he can." Maybe its just me, but as a repeat customer, I would think I'd get better treatement than this. The fence wasn't cheap and neither is the staining that has yet to happen. I honestly cannot recommend this company to anyone. They do good work, at least in case of our fence, but the communication and response time is awful.

Maybe we weren't a high enough dollar amount client and thats why we kept getting kicked to the back burner. We have now been asking for a refund of our money for over 3 weeks with no luck. Very soon this will become a complaint and not just a reivew.
