We are aware of the problem Mr [redacted] is having with his shower We have sent warranty people to inspect this and determined the leak was a result of the shower glass enclosure We are in the process of contacting the company that originally installed the glass to have them correct the corner that is leaking Mr [redacted] is aware of this and is satisfied with our diagnosis of the problem We will definitely get this problem solved to Mr [redacted] satisfaction

The issue is a punch item on a newly constructed home, and needed to be filed through the home builder, as [redacted] did not purchase directly from Eagle Flooring GJ Gardner Homes has worked with Eagle to correct the issue This has been installed and completed as of 10/31/
