On January 31st, we were contacted by [redacted] asking questions and information for her grandson whom would be moving to San Antonio, rates were provided and she explained that once [redacted] was out of work he would be giving me a call to book a reservationOn January 31st, he explained that he would be moving for school, as we are almost always at 100% capacity it is always required that the lot and electric deposit be paid in order to reserve and was then told there would be no refunds and all bookings are finalAt this time a receipt was sent to [redacted] ***s email for the cc transaction with the last ending in On February 12th, we received a phone call from [redacted] ***s grandma stating that they both understood and acknowledged that there was no refunds but wanted to see if we could make an exception with less than weeks before their expected arrivalVia text we communicated that we had a very strict policy and I [redacted] as the park manager was not authorized to make any refundsI did tell the customer that I would call the owner and get back with themWhen I spoke to the owner [redacted] I was referred back to our park policy of no refundsLater that evening [redacted] wrote a review on Facebook and contacted the owner directly in which the owner agreed to refund the $back to [redacted] ***On January 13th, at 10:AM [redacted] was refunded the $and was also sent a text confirmation that this had been doneThe issue was resolved with in hoursI would like to add that we did offer to keep a credit for the customer once his schooling was worked out and I [redacted] even went as far as offering my assistance with the schooling processI feel this complaint should be dismissedI would also like to add that our previous park manager [redacted] had just passed away and we were in limbo with trying to find a replacement, while this was not an excuse it was a very emotional and busy time for usThank you and if you have any further questions please feel free to reach out to us [redacted] ***

At this time a receipt was sent to [redacted]s email for the cc transaction with the last 4 ending in 8112. On February 12th, 2018 we received a phone call from [redacted]s grandma stating that they both understood and acknowledged that there was no refunds but wanted to see if we could make an exception with less than 2 weeks before their expected arrival. Via text we communicated that we had a very strict policy and I [redacted] as the park manager was not authorized to make any refunds. I did tell the customer that I would call the owner and get back with them. When I spoke to the owner [redacted] I was referred back to our park policy of no refunds. Later that evening [redacted] wrote a review on Facebook and contacted the owner directly in which the owner agreed to refund the $465 back to [redacted]. On January 13th, 2018 at 10:05 AM [redacted] was refunded the $465 and was also sent a text confirmation that this had been done. The issue was resolved with in 24 hours. I would like to add that we did offer to keep a credit for the customer once his schooling was worked out and I [redacted] even went as far as offering my assistance with the schooling process. I feel this complaint should be dismissed. I would also like to add that our previous park manager [redacted] had just passed away and we were in limbo with trying to find a replacement, while this was not an excuse it was a very emotional and busy time for us.
