I still have
not receive the right glass for the front entranceIt’s been six days, company stated they had ordered a different window but on the day of installation, they had ordered the wrong window glass I would figure they would check it out when they receive it instead of waiting till the day of installation to notify me it was wrong again the company stated they would reorder but it’s been two months since the initial installation and I have still don’t have the proper window .attachment of the wrong darker window and the clear correct window the don’t match in symmetry and glass color

*** ***Never did eagle glass company state the glass was not up to code, the house is fairly new - less then ten hrs oldIt has windstorm approval and insurance approved I had several estimates before the glass got replaced by eagle glass company and other glass companies never mentioned it was not up to code like I said I had the window replaced two month ago by eagle glass and notified them by phone that they did not get the correct glass the day after installation It took me a moth to get them to come inspect the window after installation and they were arguing tht the glass was correct, tht a window privacy film was making the glass look different , I took off th privacy film and still both windows are different.when you look at the windows there is no certainty tht they are wrong I wished they would have been upfront in the beginning and said they could not match cause I would have used a different more established company to get the job doneI was trying to give the business to a local northwest company instead of a *** *** company ...but it seems it was the wrong choice I would like my money back and they can take their window back if they can not get the correct window , I would just use another company tht can get it done correctly
