NOV 2016TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.AM WRITING THIS LETTERTO THE Revdex.com (Revdex.com) DUE TO THE REJECTION OF MY LAST LETTER ON 9/29/I MrF [redacted] AM THE OWNER OF EAGLE HAULERS AM TRULY DISSAPOINTED IN THECOMPLAINT THAT THE CUSTOMER [redacted] HAS MADE AGaiNST MYCOMPANY AND STAFF AT EAGLE HAULERS IN MY YEARS OF BUSINESS NEvERHAD A COMPLAiNT So OUTRAGEOUS AS THESE NOW TO CARIFY A FEW THINGSWHAT THE DEFENDANT IS SAYING IS NOT TRUE ONCE SO EVER SHE CALLED US FOR A SAME DAY MOVE OUT DUE TO HER EVICTION ATHER RESIDENCE SHE TOLD US SHE DID NOT NEED ANYTHING BUT MOVERS AND A TRUCK THATMEANSNOBOXES NO BUBBLEWRAP DOLLYS Etc I HAVE A DOCUMENTEDCONTRACT THAT SHE AlSO SIGNED BY THE DEFENDANT AND WE GET THEREAND SHE STATES THAT SHE NEEDS BOXES AND TAPE SOME AND MY MEN WENTBACK TO GET THAT FOR HER WE WERE KIND ENOUGH TO DO THAT FOR HERTHEN SHE STATES THAT WAS NOT PRESENT ON THE JOB THAT IS ABSOULUTLYUNTRUE MY WORKERS AND THE POLICE CAN vERIFY WAS PRESENT THEYASKED FOR MY INFORMATION ON THE SCENE WHEN THEY ARRIVED ANDPROVIDED JUST THAT THESE ALLIGATIONS THAT THE DEFENDANT ARE MAKINGARE NOT ACCURATE AND FRAUDULENT AND VERY OFFENSIVE TO MY COMPANYAND WORKERSALsO TALKED TO THE DEFENDANT WEEKS LATER NONE OF HERPROPERTY WAS DAMAGED OR WOULD HAVE COMPENSATED THE YOUNGLADY IS LOOKING FOR A FREERIDE AND MONEY AND THAT IS NOT FAIR FORHERTOTELLLIESTOGETTHEMISHE WANTED USTO FOLLOW HERTHENSHESPEEDS TO MPH INSTRUCTED HER THAT WE CANNOT DRIVE THAT FASTOR PAST SPEED LIMITS JUST TO MAKE HER MOVE FASTER WE HAVE TOABiDE BY THE LAW DO NOT OWE THIS PERSON ANYTHING I HOPESHE FINDS HAPPINESS AND STOP THESE CRAZY ACCUSATIONS THANKYOUYOURS TRULY RICHARD F

I Samona is rejecting this response because once again he continues to lie about the situationI'm not sure who he was talking about in his last rejection but it wasn't meI WAS NEVER evicted from my apartment (never in my life to clarify) and when it comes to my personal business I never conduct business unprofessionallyIn "MrF*'s" complaint he stated he's never experienced any issues in years well maybe no one ever knew they could stand up for their rights to complain when they've been treated unafairlyI honestly truly believe they got over on my this time and now is refusing to admit their wrong doing and to take care of what was legally wrongIt's unfair to me because I decided to stand up and fight for what was mine especially when I did everything I was suppose to doEverything he said in his letter was all LIES and it wasn't pertaining to me, he must have encountered those issues with someone else and mistaken it for me
What is our next step in handling this issue because I see now he is trying to stand his ground and not be accountable for his/their actions provided for me that day

Review: based on flyer of "Eeagle Haulers Moving & Storage" I called [redacted], who identified himself as the owner and that he lived at [redacted]. I told him I was mivng from [redacted]) . He quoted me a firm price of $255 .Note: it was a one (1) block move in same complex! Movers had to use MY dolly and mattress covers I provided (as none were on truck). When truck pulle d up to new location, drive asked me for $391.5on. I had purchsed (@ 2.00 each) boxes, but was shocked at the new estimate. I I had driver to call [redacted], to have him charge the difference to my [redacted] credit card or accept my personal credit union check....he refused and threatened to keep my item until balance was paid. I had $255 CASH as that was the amt. [redacted] had quoted. He was nasty, unprofessional and blatantly exploiting me. I thought this price switch was ILLEGAL IN MARYLAND !!!!!!! (WILLL PURSUE THAT ISSUE LATER IN ANOTHER FORUM. I AM A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS WOMAN AND HAD THE ADDITIONAL FUNDS, BUT WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN CONSEQUENCES HAD I NOT HAD THE ADDITIONAL? PUBLIC NEEDSTO BE WARNED ABOUT THIS TRICKERY !!!!!Desired Settlement: Stop false ads- "Senior Discount" -would not give me one , according to workers he never lets customer use a charge card even though his flyer says otherwise. Would not accept my calls. Worker also said [redacted] has done PRICE CHANGE ON OTHER CUSTOMERS.

SO: 1). THERE WAS FALURE TO TO COMPLETE CONTRACT AS AGREED TO ORIGINALLY

3) EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL - DO NOT THINK HE WOULD HAVE TALKED TO A MALE THAT WAY !

4) nO SENIOR DISCOUNT AS SHOWN IN HIS FLYER/ADS
