e-mail where our sales rep told her we had made a mistake and would send the rings to her. We asked for her address so we could send them and she never responded. I can forward you the e-mail if you like as proof. Our company is very good at sending replacement parts when under warranty. But we even went the extra mile to contact the company she bought the bench from to get her contact information and sent them anyway. We are sorry if she felt she was treated unfairly or ripped off, but that simply was not the case here. Review: I purchased one of their Sliding Transfer Bench Bath chairs on Jan 1,2015 for my mother who broke her hip. I paid $261.95 for the bench. In less than 90 days the plastic brackets that hold the chair on broke and/or cracked and have to be replaced. I contacted the on line company on 4-4-15 the wright stuff and they referred me to Eagle Health that makes them. All I asked for is four new brackets not a new chair or my money back.They said they would mail them in 2 to 3 days and never did. After many weeks of this, they informed me today I can purchase the plastic rings. This product has a one yr warranty and this is not right. I want others to know that this company has ripped me off.Desired Settlement: I would like a new bath chair or the 4 plastic rings to fix it or my money back.
