Hi [redacted] , This is regarding complaint number [redacted] What happened was, she spoke to two different sales representatives but we did replace the parts on April I can even send you a copy of the invoice where were sent her the replacement partsI can also send you a copy of the e-mail where our sales rep told her we had made a mistake and would send the rings to herWe asked for her address so we could send them and she never respondedI can forward you the e-mail if you like as proofOur company is very good at sending replacement parts when under warrantyBut we even went the extra mile to contact the company she bought the bench from to get her contact information and sent them anywayWe are sorry if she felt she was treated unfairly or ripped off, but that simply was not the case hereIf you have any more questions or comments, feel free to call or e-mailThank you for your timeRegards, [redacted] Eagle Health SuppliesCustomers Sales Representative [redacted]
