*** got me to sign off before we realized the problems we were going to findI was pressured to do soI put trust in the wrong person who I understand has been fired and rehired from the company several times for the same reasonI was advised by him that final payment and signature was required for the work to be completedI was unaware of what I was doing, but reassured that this was the way it was done

The warranty on all work expired after one year. We have a signed completion that the customer was satisfied with the work when it was completed. The issues that they are having have nothing to do with the quality of work.
