I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I love Bersa, and Eagle Imports has been very attentive to my complaints. However, the main problem is Eagle Import's gunsmith, Colorado Gunworks and their lack of communication. Throughout the process, their lack of clear communication and their failure to meet deadlines which is why it got to the point that the Revdex.com was contacted. Please Eagle Imports, do a quick Google Search on Colorado Gunworks and read some of their reviews. The vast majority of reviews talk about similar negative experiences that I have faced with them. The most common complaint was that Bersa gun owners shipped off their weapons to Colorado Gunworks and did not hear from them for weeks, just like in my case.  Regards,
