correctYet, she kept changing the total number of Juniper's to be removed from square feet to approximately square feet which was not the initial agreed upon square footage of Juniper hedges to be removed at the time of servicesThis work was given the cost of $only for the square feet of hedges and not any moreShe was advised that additional work would come at additional cost, and a second Landscape to the owner [redacted] regarding anything other than a phone call to discuss what could be done to complete work [redacted] did not like the fact that another Landscape company might be called to finish the work, because Eagle Landscape does not have the means to purchase new equipment, at the drop of a hatAdditional costs could incur due to the other company refusing to perform said equipment has broken down [redacted] , repeatedly called Eagle Landscape several times from the late afternoon of 8/31/until 9/3/She called approximately 20-times within the three days[redacted] going to “Destroy the company through negative reviews on social media and she was going to locate the owner’s residence and do whatever it took to take out his person if he did not return the From: [redacted] <[redacted]>Date: Fri, Sep 25, 2015 at 11:05 AMSubject: complaint ID" [redacted]To: [email protected] whom it concerns,I will call it even with Wes B[redacted] when a check for $200 is deposited into my bank by Oct. 1st, 2015. Otherwise I will proceed with the following:In response to Eagle Landscaping/Wes B[redacted]'s rebuttal letter sent on Sept. 13th, 2015 I see there are numerous inaccuracies.Due to his lack of professionalism, customers service and unwillingness to communicate or correct the problems he created on my property, I will be proceeding to take him to court. Not only will I be asking for a full reimbursement, I will be asking for additional fees due to having to hire another landscaper to 'clean up' the mess he created and finish the job. He should not take on projects that clearly are over his abilities.1. I hired Eagle Landscaping to take out shrubs and all roots from an area of 148 sq. ft. In the report provided from Eagle Landscaping, the square footage was absolutely exaggerated to 672 sq. ft. Below please find an excerpt from the report Eagle Landscaping wrote.  "[redacted] expected Eagle Landscape to do the total work of 672 square feet of Juniper's from the original agreed 148 square feet at no further cost which Eagle Landscape or its owner will not do services for free. All work is priced based on size of job and total hours of labor." A 672 sq. ft. area would be my whole front yard. I did not have him work on my whole front yard only a section of 148 sq. ft.2. Eagle Landscaping told me that he would call me w/in 2 days to let me know if he will be able to complete the job in a timely manner or get some help. I called him the next day to know the status or/and set up a time for him to dig up/removal of the roots of the 2 shrub he leveled the day before. "[redacted] states Eagle Landscape “promised” to return in two days to complete said work when in actuality the owner of Eagle Landscape only stated he, would be giving [redacted] a call in a couple of days to let her know if anything could be done about the remaining work left due to non-working equipment or if another company would have to get involved to complete said work."3. After the first calls to each other(1 each) to set up a schedule to meet, I called him a total 6 times without a single response. We also correspond via text a total of 7 times each. His detail is a total fabrication on his part. I have records."[redacted], repeatedly called Eagle Landscape several times from the late afternoon of 8/31/2015 until 9/3/2015. She called approximately 20-25 times within the three days."4. When he sent me 2 text messages regarding his breach of contract due to his 'equipment failure' I did call him and stated I would pursue legal recourse due to his breach of contract and complete unprofessionalism. At that moment I was just wanting him to professionally talk to me and possibly give him a chance to at least dig up the 2 shrub roots he clipped to the ground (his shovel did not break) - which I would then call it even between us.I NEVER stated anything about visiting his home or taking out his person etc….Not too sure what he even means by this comment?"[redacted] made Harassing calls and physical threats to the owner of Eagle Landscape by stating she was going to “Destroy the company through negative reviews on social media and she was going to locate the owner’s residence and do whatever it took to take out his person if he did not return the $200.00”. "I had to hire a different professional landscaping company to clean up his mess.  One company inquired why anyone or even a professional contractor/landscaper would trim the shrubs prior to removing them? I couldn't answer him. This clearly illustrates that Eagle Landscaping did not understand the scope of the work or more importantly how to execute the contract properly. This company also said that the work done to the rest of the shrubs were so poorly trimmed that the few shrubs that were alive are now dead. He stated that the person didn't know what he was doing. Unfortunately, even if I wanted to leave the shrubs that were living, I now have to remove them.   I will be giving Eagle Landscaping the removal bill from the company to pay.I could keep responding to other inaccuracies stated in Eagle Landscaping's response. At this time I feel the above captures his inability to complete a contract or simply communicate professionally to their customers.I have pictures of both before and after of the incomplete and inadequate work conducted by Eagle Landscaping.
