Review: I have been working with Eagle Motors & the owner [redacted] since I purchased the car in 2009. I took my car between BMW repair & Eagle Motors. In 2012, the engine blew & it was necessary to purchase a new motor. I purchased a new/slightly used motor from [redacted]/Eagle motors in February of 2013. I paid the amount in full prior to even getting the car back. It took Eagle Motors 2 months to repair the car. Once I picked up the car, Eagle Motors asked me to bring it back in a few weeks to have a look at everything, which I did exactly what was asked of me. After that date the service engine light & another light came on. I brought my car in immediately. After a few weeks, [redacted] said my car was fixed. This same pattern continued all the way up until November of this year. [redacted] & Eagle Motors has not only had my car but driven my car much more than I have since the purchase of the new slightly/used engine. The last time I took my car in, I clocked the miles as it seemed as though my car had been driven around quite a bit. I found men's axe body spray, a pack of cigarettes, & several other items in the front & back seat that did not belong to me. When I clocked the miles, the car had been driven over 300 miles in a matter of three weeks, possibly longer. The speakers in the car were blown, black marks in the back seat, broken items in the back. Which he did admit he had driven the car, but would not admit to the 300 miles. So, after this last time, I didn't feel comfortable bringing my car back. However, after driving the car a very short distance smoke started to come billowing out of the hood. I had absolutely no warning signs. Not one single light was on telling me anything. & I had only had my car back less than a week & he explained everything was fixed. He is now blaming the fact that I need a new engine on me & additionally will not provide any paperwork regarding the new/slightly used engine. He will not give me the vin number, where it was purchased, the exact mileage it had on it, etc.Desired Settlement: I would like the engine replaced. I just do not feel comfortable with Eagle Motors taking care of my car. I would like new speakers for the speakers he or one of his employess ruined along with interior repairs. Most importantly, I just want a working car with an engine. I do not believe the motor was ever replaced & I paid $4000 for Eagle Motors to replace.

Review: I purchased a 2006 [redacted] from [redacted] ( Eagle Motors) for 10,000. The blue book value of the car was listed on [redacted] blue book for 12800. I was ensured that there was nothing major wrong with the car. Shortly after purchasing the car I discovered that there were some rather serious repairs that were needed, the driver window had glass that was warped and was throwing the window out of its chanel, and the lock was not working I got this repaired by an independent mechanic for 700$, there was a crack that was present on the windshield of the car under the Maryland State inspection sticker I noticed upon driving it home and removing it- 500$ ( my deductible for insurance). I took the car to [redacted] to have it inspected, they noted and I inspected myself a transmission leak from the mechatronics sealing sleeve - 700$ to repair, they also noted an oil leak from the oil filter housing - 500$ to repair . When I bought the car there was a shimmy in the wheel which they ensured me that was the tires out of balance, turns out the shimmy was from worn control arm bushings - 500. When you add the cost of the the repairs it comes to 2,900 which would put me slightly over the blue book cost. What I am more dissapointed with is how long all the repairs are going to take and how long I am going to be without a car through the repair process. I don't know why [redacted] would sell cars in this condition and leave the customer with such a large burden and timely repairs, and why they would so confidently claim that the car was free of any major problems.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to either repair, or pay for the repair of the windshield that was broken when I bought it 500$, and also pay for or repair the transmission leak - 700$. Furthermore I would like an investigation into other complaints involving carmart of waldorf and an investigation into their dealership licensing from the Maryland Department of Motor Vehicles.
