Review: On June 18th we had Eagle Movers move 5 items from our home to a garage for storage. We had no problems and were happy with the service we received. On August 12th we had them move the same 5 items from the garage to our new home. In the process of that move the ping pong table top was scratched. Our receipt was marked with the words "Damaged Table Top" and we were told someone would contact us within 2 weeks. Since that time we have emailed and had no response. We have also called 3 times. The first time we were told that the information would be passed along to the person who handles these concerns. There was no response. The second call we left a message on the voice mail/answering machine. Again, no response. The latest call was made last Wednesday, October 16th. I talked to someone named [redacted] who said he was the one who handled these concerns and this was the first he was hearing of it. He said he would check on the incident and get back to us. Again, no call back. We are frustrated and disappointed with the lack of customer service from Eagle Movers. (The 3 dates of contact to Eagle Movers represent 1 email and 2 phone calls. There were additional emails and phone call)Desired Settlement: Originally, we wanted our ping pong table top repaired -or replaced if necessary. Although we would still like repair/replacement we are not sure we trust Eagle Movers to do the job right. A partial refund of the moving fee we paid would be acceptable. An apology for the lack of service is certainly in order.

When Eagle Movers left my new address my gold jewelry was gone. Moving my things out of Storage was the second stage where my free standing jewelry box was already here. [redacted]. Was the employee who spent extra time in that room. When reported to the mgr he said he would talk to the 3 man crew and never got back to me. I am heart-sick as my Mothers bracelets are gone
