Review: a representative called me from Eagle One in mid June and let me know that they were working out some terms with my [redacted] Card. I said ok and then she let me know that before I can do that, final terms needed to be worked out with [redacted] and then I would have to give final approval, From what I understand, I was also supposed to receive correspondence from Eagle One describing those terms which I never received nor did I EVER give final approval. They went ahead and paid [redacted] anyway, the very same day that my attorney, [redacted] of [redacted], filed my chapter 7 bankruptcy. I called Eagle One and was outraged. I was finally put in touch with a Senior officer of the company, a [redacted] and he promised me that I would get my money back on a later call. His direct line is ###-###-####. He later called me, I believe, on 07/**/14 letting me know that he was disappointed in me. I think this a rather opinion coming from someone who promised me resolution. this is intolerable to me. It is now 07/**/14 and still no $700.00 from [redacted] which he promised to me in about approximately 6 weeks. I do not want to wait to be disappointed; this is why I am contacting you now, rather than wait for empty promises to be fulfilled. Please help. I have a lot of documentation.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $ 700.00 that was fraudulently paid out to [redacted] without any correspondence sent to me nor final approval from me.
