I honored my contract, I paid on time and I also paid the loans in full Could you please tell me when I will be able to contact the agencies when I am working fulltime? I am rejecting this response because: as I have stated prior to Eagle One this is a problem that they created NOT me! It is their obligation to get this settled correctly with the Credit Bureaus not mine! I have already exhausted my "Free Reports" and also have paid to have them done as well for my once a year free report. This is unacceptable and once again a reflection on their unprofessional practices. Yes they merged with *** *** *** Credit Union (***) and then yes they should take responsibility of their mis-management of the merger. When I talked to *** they argued the problem was with Eagle One, when I talked to Eagle one they argued the problem was with ***...how convenient to pass the buck and leave me stuck dealing with a marred credit rating for their wrongdoings...shame on them! Simply unbelievable!

reflected loan balances as of April 30th, 2013 due to merger. I made contact and spoke with our member on April 12, 2013 and advised her to contact the credit bureau agencies to file disputes regarding her loan information. The credit bureau agencies would then contact [redacted] FCU to respond and update that her loans had been transferred to another lender (Eagle One FCU).Sincerely.

The credit bureau agencies would contact [redacted] FCU and Eagle One FCU respectively. [redacted] FCU is no longer in business due to the merger with Eagle One FCU and last reported their member loan balance information as of 4/30/2013. Eagle One is reporting the loans as "Satisfactorily Paid in Full".When contacted by the credit bureau agencies, Eagle One FCU would respond accordingly and update the member information to reflect the [redacted] FCU loan balances had been transferred to another lender (Eagle One FCU).To address the member concern of completing this process due to her full-time job, an option could be to access a free copy of her credit report @ Annualcreditreport.com and completing the dispute process online.Sincerely,

Review: Eagle One Federal Credit Union continues to report false info regarding my loans to the Credit Bureaus even after numerous contacts via voice messages, phone conversations, e-mails, letters and even a previous Revdex.com complaint. I'm tired of being lied to. I paid off my loans "IN FULL" in December 2013 and they have yet to correct their reports (it is now April 10, 2013). Not only are they still reporting that I owe over $20,000 they also claim my payments were late which is utterly incorrect. I am at a loss as to how to inspire them to step up and take responsibility of their mistakes and fix these problems with some integrity.Desired Settlement: I require them to correct to all Credit Bureaus that my loans are "Paid In Full" and were never late--simply tell the truth! I have waited long enough and have been patient long enough for them to correct this. This is my second complaint filed against them with the Revdex.com.

Review: Since taking over [redacted] Employees Credit Union (who was wonderful)I have had nothing but problems w/ Eagle One Federal Credit Union. I have been hit: w/ unfounded fees & charges that were promised to be corrected but have not after numerous contacts that I have had w/ them when I finally was able to get a hold of someone; unable to reach anyone when I have a problem with their online services; promised over and over again that they will correct my personal info which is not mine but someone else's; I was not reimbursed an over payment of at least $60 when my auto loan was paid-in-full and there was an over payment that was due to me; I cannot access my account on-line with their ridiculously un-friendly website that has incorrect data on me; when I noticed a problem w/my paper monthly statement tried to use my [redacted] card that was also declined as well as I was unable to look up my info via MAC. There is no # to contact regarding safeguarding my card after their un-convenient hours of M-F 9-4 even if my card is stole. I had a temp medical plan with paying 1/2 payments which I honored at the end of the summer and have now paid off my car loan so I only have a personal loan outstanding presently--it is this loan that they keep saying I am behind in payments which is incorrect and my numerous contacts with them they keep telling me that it will be corrected but it hasn't and I now I'm totally locked out of my account--I'm "Fed up!" with "Eagle One Federal!"Desired Settlement: 1. I want my personal data corrected and to have access to my account.2. I want all fees and charges paid back to me: At least $55.003. I want my overpayment from paying off my car loan: Which is between $60-$80 paid back.4. I want all negative comments, remarks, notes, standing etc. removed from all of the credit bureaus that they have entered for me!5. I want them to stop charging me a late fee every mo. even though I pay on time and extra for the last loan I have with them!
