I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].  
Just received your answer on complaint # [redacted] filed 5-26-17. Did not get your message dated 6-22-17 till I went on line to get your 7-3-17 message! You have been lied to by [redacted] as he never contacted or spoke to me in 32017 about painting the house!!! The deposit paid was $5,500 as the first of three payments. The house was pressure washed but no wash costs $5,500!!! I waited one year from initial deposit to have the house painted and I was never contacted this year by this firm and it is a lie that Mr. [redacted] told you about contacting me and the house has not been painted by anyone else nor have I secured a painting contract from another source. This is why I do not want to do business with Mr. [redacted]! Is this how you serve the public? [redacted]  Credit $1,000 for house wash and return the $4,500 balance for work not done! Regards,

to start painting in 2017. When we scheduled the time, we were told by Mr. [redacted] that he found a cheaper price for painting and wanted us to lower our cost. He sent a certified letter requesting the full deposit back.  Since we provided the wash portion of the contract, the full amount should not be returned. [redacted] [redacted]  had called Mr. [redacted] multiple times to work out a plan and he never returned his call.Please feel free to contact [redacted] at [redacted] with any further questions.[redacted]
