We
have reviewed your Revdex.com unwarranted complaint.  You are correct when
you say you had spoken to the owner.  He later found
according to our superintendents documentation that you, [redacted],...

were
upset by the caution tape in front of your home.  You then ducked
under the caution tape, after our superintendent asked you "not to walk under the caution tape," walking through the seal to your home, tracking seal
along your path.  Our customer, [redacted] Management Company,
was very happy with the work we did and have not contacted us regarding this
incident.  Contacting your property management should have been your first step.  Let me remind you, you were/are NOT our customer nor will we be reimbursed for the removal of the soiled areas.  Due to your harassing complaints and letters we felt obligated to remove the areas you soiled.  Therefore we made an attempt on 1/24/14.  Any residual we were not able
to clean is your responsibility.  You also wrote "Welcome Eagle Paving" with circles and arrows pointed at the soiled areas.  We were unable to remove these, see attached.  We would like for you to admit to causing the seal tracks/ soiled areas and remove all complaints against Eagle Paving asap.  If you are not willing to do so, we will need to move forward to our next step.
