Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I [redacted] was guaranteed bed bug removal he said he would come by at a later unspecified date he gave me a sob story about his mom NESDCAdying My wife has Alzheimers disease it is impossible to rearrange her schedule WE still had bed bugs the next day so I asked for a refund of $If I have to I will take him to court He is also not NESDCA certified in Alaska tor bed bugs yet he professes this onhis website

I want to highly recommend Randy B [redacted] and Eagle Pest Control for handling bedbug infestations I had a questionable incident where a guest suspected she was bit by a bedbug but no one else was and we couldn't find any evidence of an infestation However, I couldn't risk my B&B business I called Randy in Anchorage that evening, his team arrived the next evening after a hour drive to my community, and immediately went to work They spent the entire night heat-treating my cabin Scott and Lynette conducted the thermal remediation process and went to extra effort to insure my place was thoroughly treated, both because I am located quite a distance from Anchorage and because the interior walls in my cottage are tongue-and-groove pine, potentially providing infinite hiding spots for any bedbugs I am fully confident my place is 100% free of bedbugs and was not negatively impacted whatsoever by the nontoxic heat remediation method of treatment I only wish I'd had time to have Rudolph, their certified scent detection dog, come and test my premises first, as the question of an infestation was unreliable Much gratitude to Randy, Scott and Lynette for rapid response and professional work conducted Thank you all

Non remediation of bedbugs by thermal heat irradiation with a guarantee I had live bed bugs the next day

It takes up to weeks for a professional get rid of them Heat is the only way to get rid of them in one dayBut you claim your landlord treated it and got rid of them but using him you broke the contact. We would have warranted it but now I think you are a scammer

That is why I choose there business over the other pest control business in the areaI was never told before the works showed up to my house about the day warrantyIf I had been told that I would have considered and maybe even chosen a more affordable processThe cost of $was not bad when it came with a guaranteeNow we get to the day warranty, days will not cover the time frame it would take for the bed bugs to show back up if any lived thought the heat treatmentEagle River Pest control misrepresents their ability to remove bed bugs by guaranteeing then showing up the day of the treatment with a contract that has a day warranty, that voids the guarantee on their website. My wife and I did not bring the bed bugs in the first time it was a house sitter me got while on vacationShe has not been back and we have been no were to reintroduce bed bugs by in to my homeI must be nice when you can run a business that gives a guarantee than can blame you when they fail. He then stated cursing at me. he told me the landlord was treating it : Voiding the warranty;     9.TERMINATION. Eagle Pest Control’s liability under this Contract will terminate and Eagle Pest Control will be excused from this performance of any obligations under this Contract should 1) If the Customer allows another pest control operator/company  to treat the subject structure(s) during any term hereof: 2) Customer utilizes any home remedy products, “do-it-yourself” products, over-the-counter products or any chemicals to  eradicate bed bugs, termites, insects, spiders, beetles or rodents that could cause a negative resolution or chemical reaction, or 3) Eagle Pest Control is prevented or delayed from fulfilling its responsibilities under the terms of this Contract for reasons or circumstances reasonably beyond Eagle Pest Control’s control, including, but not limited to, acts of war, whether declared or undeclared, acts of any duly constituted government authority, strikes, acts of God, or refusal of Customer to allow Eagle Pest Control access to the structure(s) for the purpose of treatment or carrying out the terms and conditions of this Contract
