was sent 3 statements and 2 letters indicating the balance she owed due to the deductible and coinsurance taken on her claim for date of service 12-23-13. We received no response to the statements and letters, so we called her twice to establish a payment plan and she declined both times. She called us several times to inquire about her balance but made no payment. Once her account was turned over to a collection agency, she made a payment toward the balance and called our office to confirm that it was received. She was given the new total balance due. We received her request to transfer her records to her new physician and we have done so. We will be happy to provide whatever documentation the patient would like. A certified copy of her balance due was mailed on 5-9-14 to her home address. This copy includes the amount due for her deductible and coinsurance and the amount due as a late fee.

I don't accept the response because the writer is lying about numerous phone call that they claim I made to them. I called to make payment arrangements and to find out how much they will be one time. I called one more time to confirm my first payment only to discover the account had been sent to collections.I have refused the letter because I'm being sent repeating letters about being kicked out of the Eagle system and never anything else.If your company has to lie to make your look good in this complaint have at it. Because I will not be apart of your lies and I know the truth and I wish we could tell the truth also.The only thing I wanted was a statement showing how the balance when up in price after going to the collection agency because the agency doesn't provide letters. They told me to get in touch with office since they don't send out any type of letter which I did but [redacted] only told me she received the payment and nothing else because she didn't want to talk to me because I was "verbally abusive to her". I can't believe that I'm expected to pay a bill never getting any document that the payment was received,applied and paid off.
