ID [redacted] has an invoice #56670 dated 09/14/2016 that was bill to a third party for payment.  The invoice stated the cleanout for the sewer line was too small to accept 4" rodding blades to clear all roots.  The 2-1/2 blades were used and the line was cleared.  The customer was...

advised to replace the 2-1/2" cleanout to 4".  If left with the 2-1/2", the rodding would need to be done annually.  Upon the inspection #2804 dated 11/30/2016 for the potential buyer, a camera showed the line was still clear, but it was noted, again, that the cleanout needed to be replaced to accommodate the 4" blades for rodding the sewer line. Roots in the line will continue until the cleanout and the sewer line (clay tile) is replaced.  Until then it was advised to rod the sewer line annually.  Documentation is available upon request. Phone calls between the customer and our business were also made stating these facts.
