ID [redacted] has an invoice #dated 09/14/that was bill to a third party for payment The invoice stated the cleanout for the sewer line was too small to accept 4" rodding blades to clear all roots The 2-1/blades were used and the line was cleared The customer was advised to replace the 2-1/2" cleanout to 4" If left with the 2-1/2", the rodding would need to be done annually Upon the inspection #dated 11/30/for the potential buyer, a camera showed the line was still clear, but it was noted, again, that the cleanout needed to be replaced to accommodate the 4" blades for rodding the sewer lineRoots in the line will continue until the cleanout and the sewer line (clay tile) is replaced Until then it was advised to rod the sewer line annually Documentation is available upon requestPhone calls between the customer and our business were also made stating these facts
