4/26/2017Re: Revdex.com complaint response [redacted] * [redacted] [redacted] *** [redacted] [redacted] *** Greetings: This is in response to the Revdex.com complaint filed 4/11/and received on 4/25/with an ID of [redacted] Thank you for writing in with your concerns, we are eager to address and resolve this issue The customer first states that a 60-day notice was given and this can be confirmed as of 4/16/ We do have a copy of a day notice to vacate signed by [redacted] This notice was given on April 16th, and includes a date of move out of 6/17/ [redacted] turned in his keys on 5/04/ [redacted] is still responsible through the required day notice to vacate He was billed an insufficient notice charge through 6/17/ In addition, rent through his move out date (May 4th, was not paid) [redacted] was indeed charged minimal cleaning charges (total of $30), as well as final water/sewer/trash and gas bill His total balance upon move out was $ This amount may have changed since to include any collection fees applicable.To address the other issues in the complaint; the water/sewer/trash and gas bill back are detailed in the utility addendum signed by [redacted] and are indeed billed back, again, this is not just a water bill, there are bill backs included The rent due date is included in the lease agreement, as is the day notice requirementAny water leaks are always addressed in a timely and professional manner.All terms of the rental agreement were upheld by Eagle Point, everything is clearly stated in the agreement signed by [redacted] We are very sorry for any confusion in regards to the lease agreement, we hope to be able to satisfy the misunderstandings within this complaintThank you! I have reviewed the information in response and can see a screenshot, but cannot determine what it is for There is nothing that states where the screenshot that you claim is a notice to vacate came from, what email address it was sent to or when it was sent If you can provide this information, I would be happy to review it As stated in my previous response, the initial amount owed does not include any additional collections fees Again, we do have a signed notice to vacate with the dates stated in the prior response There is no tricks used while obtaining a notice to vacate I do apologize for any miscommunication, all charges as well as the notice to vacate requirements are stated in the lease agreement Audrey G [redacted] | Community ManagerEagle Point Apartments| Morris St NE | Albuquerque, NM

I am rejecting this response because: The screenshot I sent was my copy I kept for my record of my day notice! I also hand delivered the notice to Ms.Isabella along with my payment of rent on December 30,

I am rejecting this response because: I gave the notice on time to the business at that time there manger name was Isabella. She was the one that put my notice into my file. Not only that now they are saying fees are 1400 hundred dollar then I recieve a email saying 1500, attach is a copy of the emails I sent to there corporate office! In the process while looking for my notice to show proof the trick me into signing that paper about the notice. The manger told me if I found the notice I turned in the would remove that paper with the late 60 day notice. I brought the notice back again and drop the notice off showing the date I gave notice. The manger excepted the notice and said everything was clear and no worries, I also did the walk through with the manger of the clear apartments. She cleared me and said the apartment was clean. I never went through this with any apartments in my life. Also here is more people that complaint about these apartments and there staff.[redacted]
