The Eagle Point Condominium Association's owner rental program allows owners to forfeit use of their week and offer the condominiums on a nightly rental basis to the public. The rental program contains a cancellation policy that states any cancellation received at
days or less prior to arrival is non-refundable. The owner signs an agreement that contains the cancellation policy along with other policies management follows in the rental process. The owner relies on management to fulfill the terms of the rental agreement
The cancellation policy is provided to rental guests prior to confirming their stay. Travel plans can be disrupted for a number of reasons. Guests reserving a stay at Eagle Point are advised of the consequences if their plans should change
I've experienced a loss on a rental reservation due to a last minute change of plans and know that it is not easy to understand and accept. Please understand that the only way Eagle Point can offer condominiums for guests to rent at a reasonable rate and enjoy is by maintaining integrity in the owner rental program and its defined procedures
